| Objective:Preliminary detection of the exhaled breath in patients with hepatitis B virus and healthy volunteers by EESI-MS, then filtered out the difference between two groups to explore the metabolic processes of the body from exhaled breath. Method:Analyzed the exhaled breath samples of 27 healthy volunteers and 101 patients with HBV(51 chronic hepatitis patients, 50 severe hepatitis patients)by EESI-MS, through which to establish the EESI breath testing platform. Collected the exhaled breath samples by 5L-Tedlar? bags and ambient air as the blank background at the same time. Detecting the exhaled breath samples by EESI-MS and combing with PCA and CA to found out the differences between the two groups. Result:1 、 Exhaled breath injected significantly by EESI-MS which suggested that there were some metabolites existed.2、Metabolites m/z 50-400 accounted for most in primary spectrum, The main mass peak was no significant difference, combing statistical methods PCA and CA analysis, we could found differences in healthy volunteers and patients particularly the substances of m/z 74,88.3、m/z 74 was proved possible to be DMF by standard comparison, m/z 88 also was proved possible to be DMF by standard comparison, the difference was significant in volunteers and patients. Conclusion:Exhaled breath of patients with hepatitis B and healthy volunteers were different. Primary spectrum combined with PCA and CA could distinguish patients and volunteers, m/z 74,88 owned the most obvious contribution. Difference peaks m/z 74, 88 were proved possible to be DMF, DMA. |
