Satisfaction Research On Standardized Training Of Residents In Shanghai From Physicians In Training

The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China clearly put forward that China should implement the health strategy,provide the people with all-round and full-cycle health services,and strengthen the community-level medical and health service system and the construction of the ranks of resident doctors.Resident standardized training is a necessary way for clinicians to grow up.Establishing a standardized training system for resident doctors is an important project to strengthen the construction of clinical doctors in China.It is a major measure to deepen the reform of medicine and medical education,and is the fundamental method of improving the quality and level of medical services.It is of great practical significance to comprehensively deepen the standardized training system for resident physicians and achieve integration with the international medical education and training model,which will fundamentally improve the quality and level of the team of clinicians and better meet the growing medical service needs of people.Since Shanghai implemented the resident standardized training in 2010,it has been ranked among the top in the country in terms of the number of recruits and the scale of training.From 2010 to 2018,Hospitals in Shanghai have recruited more than 23,000 resident doctors and more than 14,000 students has completed.Among them,A total of 5,661 people who are "four certificates are one"(professional doctor qualification certificate,resident standardization training certificate,postgraduate certificate,Master’s degree certificate of clinical medicine)were recruited and 2,587 completed the training.After experiencing the top-level policy formulation and organizational structure improvement phase,standardized training work in Shanghai is now undergoing a transformation of homogenization,standardization and internationalization.Based on the satisfaction degree of residents in standardized training work and the theory of employee satisfaction,we made the questionnaire《Survey about the standardized training of residents in Shanghai》.Resident doctors from 64 hospitals were sent an electronic questionnaire through the mobile phone.A total of 1773 questionnaires were collected through the background statistics.The results of the questionnaire showed that the overall recognition and satisfaction of the work is high.At the same time,resident doctors put forward many feasible suggestions and opinions for the aspects of logistics support and standardization of education quality,which lays the foundation for exploring the high-quality development path of the resident training work and gradually improving the policy of the resident training work.
