| Objective: To observe the “li qi xiao ying” prescription of the clinical curative effect of nodular goiter,and assess its clinical value,theoretically discusses nodular goiter of the pathogenesis and facilitating gall party a mechanism of action of treatment,the elimination of treatment and provide more optimized solutions,so as to play in the dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine characteristics and advantages of nodular goiter.Methods: 70 cases of nodular goiter conform to the clinical diagnosis standard was collected,using its own control study,before and after the treatment,respectively,in the experimental group on the same day,the group gives the “li qi xiao ying” prescription oral treatment,3 months for a period of treatment,treatment of two period of treatment.Observation statistics related indicators before and after the treatment(e.g.,clinical symptoms,signs,the size of the thyroid gland and nodule,laboratory,etc.),the efficacy test and data analysis and comparison.Results:(1)The TCM symptom score before and after the treatment,treatment for 3 months and 6 months of TCM symptom integral and total integral symptoms before treatment always compare all have obvious change,there was a significant statistical significance(p < 0.01);Individual symptoms(such as goiter)in the treatment of one period of treatment has no obvious difference(p > 0.05),but with the increase of treatment,the symptoms are also improved from the previous,there are significant differences(p < 0.01).(2)The relation between the size and the TCM symptom score of thyroid nodule: through comparing nodule diameter less than 2 centimeters and 2-3 centimeters in terms of dysphagia and bronchial foreign body sensation,there was a significant statistical significance(p < 0.01).Through comparing nodule diameter 3 centimeters above and less than 2 centimeters in terms of bronchial foreign body sensation and dysphagia,there were a significant statistical significance(p < 0.01),furthermore,in terms of breathing disorders was statistically significant(p < 0.05).In addition,different nodule size was compared between each other without statistical significance in terms of other symptoms(p>0.05).The above results show that different nodule size cause the discomfort of breathing and swallowing principally,and nodule diameter of more than two centimeters cause these symptoms are more common.(3)The curative effect of three types of nodes and the course of comparison: cystic nodule,solid nodules,pouch or solid nodules in treatment after a course of total effectiveness respectively is: 80%,45%,67.5%;Treatment after two courses of total effective rate were 100%,75% and 92.5% respectively.In the same period of treatment,pouch or solid nodules compared with solid nodules efficacy had significant difference(p < 0.05),at the same time,the result shows that each type of nodule,2 course of total effective rate were higher than 1 treatment.(4)Before and after treatment of thyroid nodule diameter and volume comparison: after 2 courses of treatment,the volume of the thyroid gland and nodule diameter than before treatment with significant statistical significance(p < 0.01),treatment after two courses of thyroid volume and nodules compared with treatment 1 treatment course,the biggest diameter was statistically significant(p < 0.05),after one course of treatment of thyroid volume and the maximum diameter of the nodules is no significant difference before treatment(p > 0.05).(5)The relation between size and curative effect of thyroid nodule: after the two period of treatment,the total effective rate of the nodule diameter of less than 2 centimeters,2-3 centimeters and more than 3 centimeters before treatment was 95.74%,87.23% and 68.75% respectively;Treatment after a course,the total effective of nodule diameter less than 2 centimeters 2-3 centimeters and more than 3 centimeters was 76.6%,48.94% and 62.5%,respectively,for the same range of the diameter of the nodules,after 2 courses of total effective rate of one period of treatment the total effective rate of high.(6)Side effects: thyroid function before and after the treatment(FT3,FT4,TSH,TGAb,TPOAb),blood routine(WBC)and liver and kidney function(ALT,AST,BUN and CREA)there was no significant difference(p > 0.05).Conclusion: The “li qi xiao ying” prescription can obviously improve the clinical symptoms in patients with nodular goiter,signs,effectively to reduce the size of the thyroid volume and nodules,and small side effects.Show that the “li qi xiao ying” prescription in dialectical treatment of nodular goiter has significant characteristics and advantages. |
