Study On The Preparation Technology And Quality Standard Of Ai-Shen Lu

Skin tinea disease is mainly refers to the pro keratin skin ringworm,mainly including mao tinea bacteria genera,microspore bacteria genera and skin ringworm fungi genera,infringement of human and animal skin,hair,deck and cause infection,hereinafter referred to as tinea.The skin tinea disease named according to the position where the disease occured such as tinea capitis,ringworm of the body,etc.Skin tinea disease is a common disease and frequently-occurring disease,in the dermatology clinic cases,skin tinea disease is inferior to dermatitis and eczema,which is in the lead of the infectious skin disease.Skin tinea disease often occur in the crowd,in our country,As many as hundreds of millions of people have got the disease,in view of the characteristics and harms of the skin tinea disease itself,so active prevention and treatment of skin tinea disease has important clinical and social significance.However,according to the modern clinical research,the use of chemical drugs to treat skin tinea disease may be easy relapse and harmfull to the skin,while using traditional Chinese medicines such as Chinese mugwort,common cnidium fruit,bitter ginseng,belvedere fruit to treat skin tinea disease has a good therapeutic effect.which was been recorded in the Ancient books such as “Zhongjing xuan fang”?“Shen fangbencao”.And as our countryfolk of the most commonly used medicinal herbs,mugwort are used to warm bleeding,release the pain,and has the effect to clearing damp antipruritic.This study aims to develop a new liquid product,for a variety of skin tinea disease prevention and treatment.Extraction process in order to improve the single herbs active ingredient extraction yield,for the purpose of medication in each unit and the dry paste yield.component content as an index,with ethanol concentration,extraction time,extraction temperature,solid-liquid ratio and other factors as investigation object,and the Box-Behnken design(BBD)design and response surface method to select the optimum extraction technology of single herbs extracts,using UV spectropHotometry experiment results.The experimental results show that under the condition of the screening process,each single herbs extraction yield of active ingredients in the comprehensive score is higher,and the process stability is feasible and lay a foundation for the rational use of resources and industrialized mass production.In the study of the preparation methods of Chinese mugwort extract,common cnidium fruit extract,SopHora flavescens extract,belvedere fruit extract to join order of emulsifier was studied,it is concluded that the best preparation technology.In quality standard research,used the Multiple indicators to Ai-Shen Lu quality standard were studied.Using TLC Ai-Shen Lu preparation of chlorogenic acid,common cnidium fruit,matri ne and bitter and alkali oxide,oleanolic acid and ursolic acid.Using in situ pretreatment method for the first time at Ai-She n Lu preparation of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid treatment,the degree of separation is obtained good thin layer identification chart.By high performance liquid chromatograpHy(HPLC)met hod for the first time for Ai-Shen Lu in the content of chlorog enic acid and fructus cnidii were determined,and marked in a l iquid pHase map.First adopted the meteorological chromatograpH y-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)technology of Ai-Shen Lu in combina tion with the determination of the internal standard method the content of eucalyptol was determined.The above experimental r esults indicate that this research adopts the method of high ac curacy,good reproducibility,and can be used for quality contr ol based on Ai-Shen Lu preparations.Ai-Shen Lu preliminary pHarmacodynamics experiment,adoptin g the colony counting method research Ai-Shen Lu to red hair ve rsicolor bacterium,gypsum sample microspore bacteria,floccule nt skin tinea bacteria inhibition effect,the experimental resu lts show that Ai-Shen Lu,gypsum sample for red hair versicolor bacterium microspore bacteria,flocculent skin tinea bacteria have obvious inhibition effect.The study make preparations for the for Ai-Shen Lu preparation,quality standard and the late application may provide the theoretical basis.
