Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of treatment against advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in the application of CT-guided radiofrequency ablation (RFA) combined with Gefitinib (Gefitinib).Methods:64 Patients with lung cancer who were under treatment in thoracic surgery of our hospital during the same period, were divided into two groups by randomly,32 cases of treatment group, patients received the treatment of RFA combined gefitinib, meanwhile,32 cases of control group adopted radiotherapy combined paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy (TP). After treatment, quality of life after treatment, Karnofsky (KPS) scores, adverse reactions and the reduction of the tumor markers and CT imaging Collected from patients, then compared the dates of two groups by statistical analysis.Result:1. Compared with the control group, Karnofsky (KPS) scores and the rate of good quality life in treatment group was higher had statistically significant differences (P< 0.05);2. Compared with the control group, Less adverse reactions were found in treatment group had statistically significant differences (P< 0.05);3 Compared with the control group, the reductions of tumor markers and recheck the chest CT after treatment, effective rate of treatment group was 71.88% (23/32), the control group was 40.63% (13/32), t The results had statistically significant differences (P< 0.05), according to solid tumor's effect evaluation criterion (WHO).Conclusion:1. In treatment group, the rate of good quality was higher than that in control group;2. Compared to radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the same period, the treatment of RFA combined gefitinib could achieve less adverse reactions.3. RFA combined with Gefitinib, compared to radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the same period, could achieve more exactly and better curative effect in the treatment of Advanced Peripheral non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR mutation positive.
