Analysis Of Epidemiological Characteristics And Influence Factors Of Severe Fever With Thrombocytopenia Syndrome In Zhoushan City

Objective:1.To understand the epidemiological characteristics of Severe Fever with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome in Zhoushan city from 2011 to 2015.2.To understand the influence factors of SFTS in Zhoushan city.Methods:1.The data of individual case investigation and demography for SFTS in Zhoushan city from 2011 to 2015 were collected.The method of descriptive epidemiological analysis was used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of SFTS cases.2.The confirmed cases of SFTS in Zhoushan were selected as the case group and the non-SFTS as the control group.An epidemiological questionnaire survey was conducted between the case group and the control group.Univariate analysis and logistic regression analysis were conducted to filter out the influence factors affected the incidence of SFTS.Results:1.From 2011 to 2015,the reported cases of SFTS in Zhoushan city was almost increasing year by year,a total of 95 SFTS cases were reported with the incidence density of 1.66 /100,000 person year.The total 4 counties all had reported cases,the high county was Daishan(91.6%),the reported incidence density was 8.44 /100,000 person year,and it was 5.08 times of the whole city.The high towns were Gaoting(31.6%),Dongsha(23.2%)and Daixi(17.9%).SFTS had obvious seasonal,May to July was the epidemic peak.The age of SFTS cases was 40 years old to 88 years old,50 years of age or older accounted for 92.5%.The sex ratio of male and female was 1:1.88,The incidence density of SFTS in female was significantly higher than male(?2=12.269,P=0.000),The main occupation were domestic unemployed and farmers(77.9%).2.Univariate analysis results showed that the exposure of domestic animals,working in the fields/vegetable plots,activities on the mountain and the outdoor sanitation were the influence factors of SFTS.While using the logistic stepwise regression analysis to filter the influence factors,only working in the fields/vegetable plots(OR=2.739)and the outdoor sanitation(OR=2.973)entered the final model.Conclusion:1.The incidence of SFTS was mainly sporadic in Zhoushan city from 2011 to 2015,having obvious regional aggregation.The popular seasons were spring and summer.There was a high incidence of middle and old aged women in rural areas.2.Working in the fields/vegetable plots and the outdoor sanitation could be the influence factors of SFTS.
