Objective:Though exploring risk factors to patients having type 2 diabetes with abno rmal glucose tolerance in Dalian,we provide evidence to support developing prevention strategies and measures for specific community groups.Method:Constructing Dalian Community residents research cohort based on the2011 National Science and Technology project "Clinical studies in risk factors of type 2diabetes",taking l: 1 pair of nested case-control study method, using the queue to 2011 baseline survey confirmed 1160 abnormal glucose tolerance as the research object;selecting confirmed case with diabetes in 2014 follow-up investigation as the case group base and separating with same sex, same residence, age difference(± 3)years,we establish case group and control group using 1: 1 pairing the principles from the case group base.We finally pick out 145 qualified pairs,290 people in total. We use multiple conditional logistic regression analysis and single conditional logistic regression analysis models to analyze the risk factors to people with abnormal glucose tolerance getting type 2 diabetes.Result:Single factor analysis results showed that,in terms of body shape, the difference of waist-hip ratio abnormity is significant in both case group and the control group(P<0.05).In terms of behavior, the percentage of people who smoke in the case group was 17.93% and 8.28% in the control group. The difference is significant in both group(P<0.05);The difference is also significant in terms of physical activity(P<0.05);In the case of disease history, differences of indicators like high blood pressureand high blood fat were statistically significant in both case group and control group(P< 0.05),other indicators difference was not statistically significant.Multi-factor conditional logistic regression analysis showed that smoking,WHR abnormal were the risk factors to people with abnormal glucose tolerance.Physical activity is a protective factor that can reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes.Conclusion:1.Hypertension,high cholesterol, overweight or obesity,WHR abnormal, smoking can increase the risk of type 2 diabetes to people with abnormal glucose tolerance;2.Proper sports activities is a protection factor of type 2 diabetes to people with abnormal glucose tolerance...
