The Comparative And Analysis Of The Hyaluronic Acid And The Platelet-Rich Plasma Treatment Within The Time Sequence

Objective: To compare the hyaluronic acid(HA)and platelet-rich plasma(PRP)treatment for the facial wrinkles in different sexes,different ages,and preoperative and postoperative periods for each check point within a year.Methods: randomly selected healthy men and women,the age within 30-39,40-49,50-59,60-69,70-79,total 5 segments,and every segments have 10 patients,There are total 100 patients.They would be divided into three groups and each group have 33 patients: The HA treatment group(The B Treatment);the platelet-rich plasma treatment group(The C Treatment),and the combination HA and PRP treatment group(The A Treatment).The group has 34 patients.There are several detection period within the experiment.There are the preoperative period and the postoperative period,after 24 hours of surgery,and after seven days of surgery,after a month of surgery,after three months of surgery,after six months of surgery,after nine months of surgery,and the last,twelve months after surgery.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Looking at all ages,the best result is the treatment B(HA treatment group).The treatment A(combination HA and the PRP)would be the second,and the single use of PRP(treatment C),the effect is relatively not so good,but overall,the treatment A,B,C for the treatment of facial wrinkles and sagging muscles have a very good effect.
