Purpose: Analysis the characteristics of blood stasis,during onset time,the patient’s own living environment and health and other aspects,and distribution characteristics of different type,classify according to syndrome elements.On-date with statistical process,discussing on the overall distribution of different type and the possibility prone conditions,exploring the probability of blood stasis syndrome diagnosis and due to blood stasis.Method: The basic method is to use "Chinese Medical Classics" software,collecting ancient medical screening and case information than the whole in line with stasis syndrome medical records selected conditions.Extraction of patient information,specifications,and establish a database.Summarized,analyzed and summarized the data by frequency statistics,cluster analysis and simple mathematical model.Discussing high risk factors of stasis syndrome and different type for the condition.Distinguishing different factors in blood stasis syndrome in the establishment,establishing a simple mathematical model to express it.Result: Ancient medical records in accordance with blood stasis syndrome factors including type:blood stasis of qi stagnation,blood stasis of qi deficiency,blood stasis of yang deficiency,blood stasis of phlegm,blood stasis of evil heat,etc.Different types of blood stasis syndrome has clear differences between the proportion.Blood Stasis of evil heat accounted for the highest,reaching 38.8%.Blood stasis of yang deficiency、blood stasis of phlegm and blood stasis of qi stagnation accounted for the similar proportion,reaching about 16.5%.Blood stasis of qi deficiency is the least,reaching 12.4%.Different types of blood stasis time of onset,the patient’s own living environment and other aspects of health showed a different tendentious description of different factors on the incidence of blood stasis syndrome syndromes contribution different.Blood Stasis of evil heat distribution in the Southeast region are its most geographically distributed,not only in hot weather south,at relatively low temperatures of the northern region,the percentage reached 20.7%.Time distribution,a high proportion in the hot summer months,but in the cold winter,but its share beyond the summer of incidence frequency.Blood stasis of qistagnation in the proportion of women is significantly greater than the proportion of men,had better family living environment.The elderly in the fall are more vulnerable to blood stasis of qi deficiency and blood stasis of yang deficiency.Blood stasis of phlegm are distributed in different geographical and time of onset.Blood stasis of qi deficiency is the least with medical case record by recording habits.Conclusion: Time of onset,living environment and their own conditions and other factors can affect the patient’s blood stasis syndrome occurrence and incidence of type to some extent,this is the premise of probabilistic diagnosis.Studies have shown that by analyzing patient-related factors,including time of onset,patients living environment and their own health,as well as the information that modern technology can detect,the probability of blood stasis syndrome diagnosis,the results of probabilistic diagnosis as a supplement to the traditional diagnosis and treatment,and traditional diagnosis and treatment be used in combination.
