| Objective: through the observation of scalp acupuncture with the clinical curative effect of language rehabilitation training in the treatment of post-stroke Broca aphasia,for clinical treatment of the disease to find more effective methods of treatment and the way.Methods: the 60 patients with motor aphasia after stroke were selected from the Department of acupuncture and moxibustion at the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January--2016 to January 2015,which was in accordance with the inclusion criteria of this study.Randomly 60 cases of poststroke aphasia,divided into two groups,each group 30 cases in the treatment group give scalp acupuncture with language rehabilitation training in the treatment and language rehabilitation training in the treatment was given to the control group.Results: treatment group(scalp acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training in the treatment of)30 cases of patients,5 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,3 case ineffective,effective rate is 90%,markedly effective rate of 40%.30 cases of control group(language rehabilitation training)patients,1 cases were cured,4 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,13 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 56.7%,the healing rate was 23.3%.The treatment group(acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training treatment)was significantly better than the control group(language rehabilitation therapy).Conclusion: acupuncture combined with language rehabilitation training in the treatment of motor aphasia after stroke has the exact effect,is a treatment for stroke Anandia after effective conservative treatment.By scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment,patient does not produce dependence,and non-toxic side effects,the clinical application method simple,convenient operation,with good clinical value. |
