Both treatment group and the control group all improved significantly patient's scales of spastic degree,Fugl-Meyer lower limb motor function and scores of activities of daily living. Two groups before and after treatment had statistic comparison(P <0.05), which was significantly difference. 2. The comparision between treatment group and control group for patients' scales of spastic degree before treatment, was no significant difference(P>0.05), while it had obviously difference after treatment(P<0.05). 3. The comparision between treatment group and control group for patients' Fugl-Meyer lower limb motor function before treatment was no significant difference(P>0.05), while it had obviously difference after treatment(P<0.05). 4. The comparision between treatment group and control group for patients' scores of activities of daily living before treatment was no significant difference(P>0.05), while it had obviously difference after treatment(P<0.05). 5. The total effective rate for treatment group and control group after treatment were respectively 90.0% and 63.3%,The efficacy of treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:1.Clinical efficacy for combined applicatin of eye acpuncture, scalp acpuncture, and body acupuncture and combination with rehabilitation train therapy are obviously superior to only rehabilitation train treatment. 2.
