Uveitis Recurrence Rate And TCM Syndrome Differentiation Research On Relationship

Purpose: Through study the related factors of the uveitis recurrence,then explore the relationship between its and TCM syndrome differentiation and typing,to guide clinical traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of uveitis with provide new ideas,new methods.Method: Review of clinical research: by collecting 2011.1--2016.1 to Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital in Jilin Province,according to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and western medicine,for the patients which were diagnosed in uveitis in outpatients and hospitalized,finishing the clinical syndrome type and through telephone interviews,in this hospital for treatment and other recording in patients with recurrent situation,according to the were statistically analysis.Find out the relationship between the uveitis recurrence rate and TCM Syndrome Differentiation Typing through the data analysis.Result:(1)the vast majority of patients with uveitis have a relapse easily;282 cases of patients with uveitis and recurrence of at least 1 times(including 1)more than 172 cases,accounted for 61% of thetotal;(2)In the four syndrome types,the highest recurrence rate of the syndrome type is rheumatism clip heat type.The statistical analysis display: Rheumatism clip heat syndrome 82.9% liver meridian wind heat syndrome56.9%,hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency 54.4%,hepatobiliary lively card 44.8%.In 282 cases of patients with rheumatic clip heat syndrome recurrence 68 people,accounting for 24.1%,liver meridian wind heat syndrome recurrence 37 people,accounted for 13.1%,hepatobiliary lively syndrome recurrence 30 people,accounting for 10.6%,hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency syndrome recurrence 37 people,accounting for 13.1%,it shows that Rheumatism clip heat syndrome uveitis recurrence rate was significantly higher than that of the other three syndromes(P < 0.05).(3)In patients with rheumatism clip heat type.,the number of recurrence was significantly higher than that of the other three groups.In each group,the recurrence times of the patients with rheumatism clip heat type were significantly higher than those of the other three groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The recurrence rate and the number of the patients with Rheumatism clip heat syndrome were significantly higher than those of the other three types of syndromes.
