Xuefuzhuyu Decoction Enema In Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis) Clinical Study

Purpose:The purpose of this topic through the application of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in treating ulcerative colitis(qi stagnation and blood stasis),to observe its clinical curative effect,for clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis to provide more effective treatment.Method:60 cases of ulcerative colitis(qi stagnation and blood stasis)were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases,30 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Xuefuzhuyu Decoction and salad enteric coated tablets,control group was treated with Mesalazin Enteric-coated Tablets.The 2 groups were treated for 4 weeks,two groups of symptoms and signs,colonoscopy scores were recorded before and after treatment,and the observation index were statistically analyzed.Result:Compared with the total effective rate,the treatment group was 90%,and the control group was 83.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Main symptoms curative effect comparison in pus and blood,abdominal pain,chest fullness in the chest,abdominal package block,tenesmus,abdominal distension,limb fatigue and skin armour fault,the two groups have significant difference(P < 0.01);in terms of diarrhea,the two groups have significant difference(P < 0.05);in menstruation abnormal aspects,the two groups no significant difference(P > 0.05).There was no statistical significance.Compared with the total score of TCM symptoms,there were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.01).Comparison of curative effect,the total effective rate was 86.67% in treatment group and 76.67% in control group(P < 0.05).Compared with mucosal pathological effects,the total effective rate of treatment group was73.33%,and the total effective rate was 66.67% in the control group(P < 0.05).Changes of IL-4 before and after treatment between the two groups,the comparison group,there were significant differences(P < 0.01).Changes of IL-10 before and after treatment were compared,there was significant difference(P < 0.01);there was significant difference between the groups(P < 0.05).No adverse reactions were found in the two groups during the experiment.Conclusion:Xuefuzhuyu Decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(qi stagnation and blood stasis),can significantly improve the patient’s symptoms,promote the repair of colonic mucosa ulcer,curative effect is better than the simple application of mesalazineenteric coated tablets with good safety.
