With the improvement of technology and the development of medical science, the concept that combines electronics and medical is gradually taking root..Overcoming the disadvantages such as bulky, craft complex, professional, medical devices is developed into today’s portable precision and digital medical instrument.Europe, the United States,Janpan and other developed countries have mature technology and higher level of development in this area, because they started earlier than other developing countries.China’s late start, there is a wider electronic medical space. In China,Due to the late beginning, the level of science and technology needs to be improved.E-medicine will have a broad horizon and bright prospect for development.Based on the Bluetooth low energy microcontroller 8051 MCU which belongs TI firm CC2541 series, this design detect three parameters of baby health. The parameters reflect the user’s pulse 、oxyhemoglobin and baby temperature.Photo Plethyamo Graphy(PPG) is a noninvasive detecting method by means of photoelectric conversion detecting the blood volume of baby. When a certain wavelengths of light ray to human skin, photoelectric convert optical signals to electrical signals, and then through the processing of the amplified, filtered, and the AD conversion, the signal input into the Bluetooth low energy microcontroller 8051 MCU through analyzing and processing, the CC2541 chip transmits the data to RF.The boby temperature was measured by high precision、linear NTC thermal sensor to test the infant vervel. In addition to the physical parameter monitoring function, this motitor can also transferred to ECS,through the analysis and expert guidance timely and accurately detecting the baby’s physical condition and gives some reasonsble suggestions.
