Objective: The study is divided into two parts on the basis of literature research. Combining with the new prime dialectical core as diagnostic system created by Professor Zhu Wenfeng and finishing modern Chinese literature, syndromes and syndrome elements distribution characteristics of spastic hemiplegia after stroke were studied using frequency analysis and association rules analysis and statistical methods, which provided a theoretical basis for the disease syndromes dialectical elements. Secondly, it is the controlled trials systematic review of after peony and licorice decoction stroke spastic hemiplegia randomized to provide reliable evidence for the clinical efficacy and safety. The First PartMethod:The relevant Chinese literatures, which were about spastic paralysis after stroke dialectical typing published on the national medical journals from1995 to 2015 were selected by retrieving the China Academic Journal Full-text Database(CNKI), Chinese science and technology periodical database(VIP)and Wanfang database. The inclusion criteria of literature were screened artificially and each syndrome related to literatures would be entried intoEXCEL database. The "syndrome factors Dialectics" created by Professor Zhu Wenfeng will be referenced to syndromes specification and syndromes after the specification would be decomposited as the disease sliphormone, and disease resistance syndrome element under according to the split principle of syndrome differentiation system. Their evidence to determine the distribution and composition of the discipline would be counted. Results: Thirty-six of the relevant Chinese literature were screened and met the inclusion criteria, which were involved in 51 kinds of clinical s yndromes and there were 38 standardized criteria syndromes, including c ommon syndromes of blood stasis, liver and kidney and wind phlegm.Seven slip disease factors, occurrence of which was 51 times and fifte en disease resistance syndrome element appeared frequency 216 times w ere extracted, and slip prime disease was mainly known for meridian, li ver, kidney disease resistance syndrome was mainly for blood stasis, phl egm, moving wind, Qi and Yin virtual-based. The combination form tw o syndrome element was more than others, the total frequency of 77 ti mes, blood stasis and Qi commonly. Three certificates prime combinatio ns, the total frequency of 57 times, was mainly for the liver, and kidne y meridians and yin and phlegm, moving most wind more. Four cards hormone combination the total frequency of 17 times, was related to me ridians and phlegm, blood stasis, dynamic wind most closely. Conclusion : Dialectical of spastic hemiplegia after stroke TCM is complicated. Three common elements, 8-bit syndrome disease syndrome factors and combination of which can cover most spastic hemiplegia after stroke on traditional Chinese medicine dialectical information by syndrome factor dialectical analysis. That illustrated that as long as the current disease can be accurately identified lesions disease slip hormone and disease resistance syndrome elements, and the key dialectical will be seized to be ableto solve jumbled certificate, phase and problems, which understand the disease and provide new ideas for clinical guidance. The Second PartMethod:The relevant Chinese literatures about the study from 2000 to 2015 were selected by retrieving the China Academic Journal Full-text Database(CNKI), Chinese science and technology periodical database(VIP) and Wan fang database. The literatures from database were screened for inclusion and exclusion criteria and sorted manually. Then, the literatures were evaluated by Jadad scale revised and the tables including literature data were formed. Finally, the collected data was analyzed using Review Manage 5.2 software for Meta and related research conclusions were got based on the results of the analysis software. Results: There were a total of 10 Chinese literatures about randomized controlled clinical trial studies which met the inclusion criteria, including732 cases of patients. The rating scale results of Jadad suggested that they were low-quality studies. In the 10 studies, seven of them evaluate d the affected limb Fugel-Meyer score changes of patients of between b efore and after treatment. The results showed that MD was 9.22, and it s 95% confidence interval was [6.31, 12.14].In addition, in the figure, d iamond-shaped located in the middle right side of the symbol MD as 0,indicating that the limb motor function of treatment group were better than the control group. A statistical comparison was done in 5 clinical efficacy and showed that RR was 1.15, its 95% confidence interval wa s [1.05, 1.27], and the diamond symbol was in the right of the midline, which suggested that the treatment group was better than the control g roup in clinical efficiency. In 4 studies, the activity of daily living of p atients was evaluated, and MD was 7.11, its 95% confidence interval w as [4, 34, 9.89].The figure diamond symbol was located in the middle right side of the MD as 0, which indicated the SGD was better than the control group in improving activities of daily living after stroke in pati ents with spastic hemiplegia. The symmetry of Fugel-Meyer score funnel plot scatter bilateral is poor, and the midline of most of them was con centrated, suggesting publication bias.Conclusion:1. The clinical efficiency, Fugel-Meyer score and Barthel index of treatment group of SGD in curing spastic hemiplegia after stroke are better than the control group, and their difference was statistically significant.2. Due to the small number of literatures filtered, the impact of low quality, the conclusions of the authenticity and repeat ability will be further verified.
