Comparing the VAS score,ODI scores before and after operation in each time in the 2 groups, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The VAS score and ODI scores was lower than preoperation.2. The comparison of the VAS score and ODI scores 2 weeks after operation of the 2 groups(1) To compare the VAS score 2 weeks after operation of the two groups,t=-2.77,P<0.05,with statistical significance. The VAS score 2 weeks after operation of group A was lower than that of group B.(2) To compare the ODI score 2 weeks after treatment of the two groups,t=-2.10,P<0.05, with statistical significance. The ODI scores 2 weeks after operation of group A was lower than that of group B. 3. The comparison of VAS score and the ODI score 1 month after operation of the 2 groups(1) To compare the VAS score 1 month after operation of the two groups,t=-2.325,P<0.05, with statistical significance. The VAS score of group A 1 month after operation was lower than that of group B.(2) To compare the ODI score 1 month after operation of the two groups,t=-2.27,P<0.05, with statistical significance. The ODI score of group A 1 month after operation was lower than that of group B. 4. The comparison of VAS score and the ODI score 3 months after operation of the 2 groups(1) To compare the VAS score 3 months after operation of the two groups,t=-1.52,P>0.05,with no statistical significance. The VAS score 3 months after operation of the two groups have no differences.(2) To compare the ODI score 3 months after treatment of the two groups,t=-1.41,P>0.05, with no statistical significance. The ODI scores 3 months after operation of the two groups have no differences. Conclusion: The acupotomy therapy has a good efficacy on treating discogenic low back pain, with advances of safty, simple operation and small postoperative wound,if combined with herbal fumigation,it will have a better efficacy.
