| Objective : This study combed,summed up and summarized the prescriptions for discogenic low back pain,discussed the rules of medication,obtained the frequency of medication and the four qi,five magnitudes and meridians of the drugs used,the combination of core drug pairs,potential new prescriptions,and so on,and then made statistical analysis to provide certain data basis for clinical dialectical medication and basic medical research。Methods:The cases of discogenic low back pain(DLBP)were diagnosed from October2019 to January 2022 in Shandong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.The prescriptions for discogenic low back pain from January 1,1980 to January 1,2021 were retrieved from CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases.The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform was used to carry out frequency statistics on the efficacy,four-qi,five-way and meridians of traditional Chinese medicine,and cluster analysis and association rule analysis on drugs.Results:1.Application of traditional Chinese medicine: through the analysis of 190 first prescriptions,195 drugs were used.Among the frequency of application of traditional Chinese medicine,the top 15 were Angelica sinensis(145)prepared rehmannia root(79)ligusticum wallichii(75)white peony root(75)licorice root(66)red sage root(61)poria cocos(53)cassia twig(51)prepared licorice root(48)red peony root(47)radix angelicae pubescentis(47)astragalus root(46)cyathula root(44)asarum(44)eucommia ulmoides(41).2.Efficacy and application of Chinese herbal medicine:195 Chinese herbal medicines involve 16 kinds of drugs,and the top 5 drugs used are respectively the drugs for tonifying deficiency,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,dispelling wind and dampness,clearing surface and clearing heat.3.Usage of four-qi,five-flavor and traditional Chinese medicines: warm medicines are used for 1179 times,mild medicines for 520 times,cold medicines for 407 times,hot medicines for 103 times and cool medicines for 48 times;five-flavor medicines are used for 1179 times for sweet medicines,1126 times for bitter medicines,904 times for pungent medicines,199 times for sour medicines and 137 times for salty medicines;the usage frequency of medicine is 1397 times for liver medicines,1039 times for spleen medicines,902 times for kidney medicines,872 times for heart medicines,558 times for lung medicines,400 times for stomach medicines,223 times for bladder medicines,179 times for gallbladder medicines,77 times for large intestine medicines,10 times for small intestine medicines.Tri-Jiao meridians 9 times,pericardial meridians 1 time.4.The analysis of common drug pairs showed that the top 7 drug pairs in frequency were Angelica sinensis-asarum,Angelica sinensis-ripe rehmannia root,Radix Paeoniae RubraAngelica sinensis,Glycyrrhiza uralensis-Angelica sinensis,Angelica sinensis-Danshen root,Angelica sinensis-Paeoniae alba,and Angelica sinensis-Chuanxiong rhizome.Six core drug combinations were obtained by K-means algorithm.Conclusion : 1.The top 10 drugs were Angelica sinensis(145)Radix Rehmanniae Preparata(79)Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong(75)Radix Paeoniae alba(75)Radix Glycyrrhizae(66)Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae(61)Poria(53)Cinnamomum cassia(51)Radix Glycyrrhizae(48)Radix Paeoniae Rubra(47).2.The use of drugs is the most common type of deficiency,followed by the type of activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis and the type of dispelling wind and dampness.The four-qi of the drugs ranked the top three: Wen(52%),Ping(23%)and Han(18%);the frequency of sweet,bitter and spicy drugs ranked the top three,and acid and salty drugs were used less.According to the distribution of meridians,there were more meridians of liver,spleen,kidney and heart,1397 times of meridians of liver and 1039 times of meridians of spleen.3.Through the data mining of 190 prescriptions for discogenic lumbago,the data show that discogenic lumbago belongs to the syndrome of deficiency of essence and deficiency of essence. |
