Study And Investigation On The Influencing Factors Of Constructing Harmonious Doctor-patient Relationship

With the number of domestic medical disputes increasing rapidly,which happened at medical institutions at different levels,what has become a key point of people's project construction is how to deal with the doctor-patient relationship preferably. Making the new doctor-patient relationship that in harmony with the construction of socialist spiritual civilization is effective to avoid medical disputes. Therefore,one hand we should find out the factors that affect the harmonious doctor-patient relationship,on the other hand we should construct the system that is more suitable for the development of the society.we do all this is on the purpose of making patients hospitalized at ease, Therefore,one hand we should find out the main factors that affect the harmonious doctor-patient relationship and strive to improve adverse incentives.on the other hand we should construct the system that is more suitable for the development of the society.we do all this is on the purpose of making patients hospitalized at ease,doctors cures the sickness and save the patients intently,and medical institutions and patients both enjoy the legal rights and obligations.Doing medical treatment in Shangqiu rural areas is more difficult than urban areas due to some factors such as economy,education and so on.So,the calls for improving doctor-patient relationship has become more and more intense.Therefore,it is necessary and significant to research the doctor-patient relationship in Shangqiu rural areas.On the basis of learning relevant theories and overseas research developments,I took patients and doctors in Shangqiu rural hospitals as research objects and designed my questionnaire from both point of view.Finally I find out the factors that affect doctor-patient relationship and analyze the restraining factors of harmonious doctor-patient relationship in Shangqiu rural area medical institutions.meanwhile I use the bivariate correlation analysis and multiple regression function in the SPSS,whats more I took doctor-patient relationship satisfaction as dependent variable,and took classified index which affect harmonious doctor-patient relationship as independent variable.The article is consist of seven chapters,involving the present situation analysis,factors analysis and countermeasure analysis,the main content and view of the four parts is as follows:In the paper,firstly I introduced the current development situation of rural medical disputes, made a survey sample and evaluation conclusion on the situation of doctor-patient relationship in Shangqiu rural regions,but the satisfaction of the doctor-patient relationship in the region is at low level relatively.Secondly,according to the result of quantitative analysis,I found the factors such as hospital's internal environment and patient's treatment result made the greatest affection on harmonious doctor-patient relationship.thirdly,I summed up the restraining factors of harmonious doctor-patient relationship based on the above analysis result,which mainly involving hospital personnel management system architecture and patients hospitalized reimbursement,etc.Start with improving the healers medical environment,I finally put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of doctor-patient relationship in Shangqiu rural institutions.I hope my paper could offer certain reference to improve doctor-patient relationship of other rural medical institutions in our country.
