| Background Building a harmonious society is a great goal in our country.The sixth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee put it on the agenda,to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients is one of the important aspects.The doctor-patient relationship is one of the important interpersonal relationships.At present,the domestic research is mainly in accordance with the western theoretical system as a guide,the theory research focuses on the functional theory of sociology,the research methods of qualitative analysis,quantitative research method is seldom used.The object of comparison is mostly from the perspective of medical personnel.Therefore,on the basis of the equal position of both doctors and patients,the analysis of the performance and influencing factors of the doctor-patient relationship has a positive significance for the establishment of a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.Objective Based on the basic medical institutions in Henan Province on the basis of doctor-patient relationship,provide information about the status and causes of this problem,the structure pattern and the solution in an attempt to,the current our country to ease the doctor-patient relationship and puts forward constructive suggestions for further research direction of value.Methods This study was based on the medical staff of the community healthservice center and the patients in two weeks,and the doctor-patient relationship questionnaire was established for the primary community health service institutions.From April 2015 10 to May 20th in Henan province were randomly selected from Xinxiang city and Zhengzhou City,Jiaozuo City,Puyang City,four City,with typical sampling selection of community health service center,using cluster sampling survey,medical staff,patients using random sampling survey.A total of 6 community health service centers,according to the number of outpatient medical personnel on duty,the number of doctors issued a total of 175 copies,171 were recovered,the recovery rate was 97.7%,with 450 questionnaires were issued,408 were recovered,the recovery rate was 81.6%.Using Epidata3.1 to establish the database,using 18.0 SPSS to carry on the correlation statistics data analysis.Result1.The basic situation of the investigation objectFemale medical personnel accounted for 57.3%;the 30～40 age of medical personnel accounted for the highest,was 37.4%;in college and undergraduate education accounted for the highest,amounting to 87.75%;resident physicians and accounted for the largest proportion,amounting to 59.40%;in the survey of medical staff,general practitioner for 83 people,the total number of 49.1%.Male;30～40 age group the highest proportion,23.7%;culture in high school or secondary school most,accounting for 26.70%;the married accounted for the highest proportion of 76.70%over the past three years;the main residence of the city accounted for 87%of patients surveyed over the past 3 years;the main work according to the proportion from at least as follows:workers or migrant workers,retirement,management,individual industrial and commercial households,cultural and educational workers,medical workers,students and farmers.2.Community health service institutions,the overall analysis of the relationship between doctors and patientsPatients’ evaluation of the relationship between doctors and patients is higher than that of the medical staff(P<0.01).Patients are more susceptible to relatives and friends and the impact of media coverage(P<0.001).Medical workers and patients in the cause of the relationship between the community and the existence of the cause of the problem,there are a lot of differences in understanding.Medical workers think that the primary cause is the inevitable result of the current medical system,followed by the actual medical expenses beyond the psychological expectations of the patients.Patients were considered to be the factors,and patients more emphasis on hospital and medical workers themselves.3.The cognitive situation of both sides of traditional Chinese medicine doctor in medical treatment processIn the process of medical treatment,the patient’s recognition of the doctor is better.But the doctor’s acceptance of the patient is generally.The two sides of the two sides of the patient’s most dissatisfied with the first two reasons for the understanding of the basic consensus on other reasons for the greater cognitive differences.Relatively speaking,the doctor is more emphasis on the factors that affect their own interests,patients more consider the supply of medical resources and doctor’s communication and service quality.4.The impact of medical risk on the relationship between doctors and patientsFor the patient,"any drugs have a weak positive correlation of adverse reactions and the doctor-patient relationship is negatively related to other problems to different extent and the doctor-patient relationship,the relevant issues on the doctor-patient relationship judgment more patients with poor medical risk exists objectively with the higher degree of recognition.For doctors,medical risks have no relationship to the impact of the doctor-patient relationship.Patients and doctors have significant statistical significance to the understanding of medical risk.The medical staffs attitude is better than the patients.5.If the patient meets the medical dispute,the majority of patients ranking measures tend to by management,legal way and negotiation,only one respondent to violence to solve medical disputes as the preferred.6.Medical workers believe that the 3 measures to promote the community the most effective doctor-patient relationship is as follows:to improve the medical staff official low income and accelerate the pace of reform of medical system and improve the technical level of community doctors,patients think that the 3 measures to promote the the reform of medical system.7.Respectively on both sides of the doctor-patient relationship as well as the factors of two yuan Logistic regression analysis,the results showed that the patients,the doctor explained the disease degree of satisfaction,evaluation of medical procedures to participate in treatment decisions and a high degree of medical institutions is reasonable under the condition of good doctor-patient relationship.For doctors,patients,to listen to "cure is to risk","with a high degree of medical risk exists objectively" the high degree of identity,function and price for medical services provided to patients should be interpreted according to the illness but a doctor can decide not to case evaluation and interpretation of the doctor-patient relationship.Conclusion1.The whole study of the relationship between doctors and patients is more harmonious,and the evaluation of medical workers to the doctor-patient relationship is more negative
