| Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effect of the method of nourishing liver and kidney as the therapeutic principle of ziyin anshen granule in the treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency type senile insomniaMethod: Take cases included in the standard of 70 cases of patients,using the principle of randomized clinical trials,patients can be divided into Ziyin Anshen granule in the treatment group(group A),35 cases;Bailemian Jiao Nang in the control group(group B),35 cases.Group A: treated with Ziyin Anshen granules,1 bag / time,every time 150 ml water flushes the granule,2 times/day,after lunch and dinner dinner;Group B: give Bailemian Jiao Nang 1.08 g/times,2 times/day,after lunch and dinne.Both groups of 10 days for a period of treatment,continue to observe 3 period of treatment,stop using other drugs during the treatment.This study with Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)and liver-kidney Yin deficiency type insomnia symptom integral as the clinical curative effect evaluation standard.Result: The actual study enrolled 70 patients and excluded patients were shedding 0 cases,two groups of patient compliance is good.After 3 courses of treatment,after treatment,the clinical efficacy of TCM syndromes,TCM symptom total score,PSQI scores and scores were compared by statistical processing,P<0.05,description A group than the group B.Two groups of patients after treatment symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine image comparison,group A in improving insomnia,rib,A dull pain,lumbar debility,five upset hot,zygomatic red night sweats,red tongue less moss,pulse count symptoms is better than that of group B,the statistical treatment,P < 0.05,there are differences.Conclusion: Ziyin anshen granule treatment group in the clinical curative effect,Chinese medicine symptom integral,PSQI score and total score were superior to Bailemian Jiao Nang in the control group,at the time of insomnia,sleep soundly when wake up,lumbar debility,upset,zygomatic hot flashes and night sweats curative effect are distinct,and no adverse reactions and side effects.That method of nourishing liver and kidney is an effective method for the treatment of senile insomnia(liver-kidney Yin deficiency type),is worth further research. |
