Purpose: From the perspective of "toxin impairing gall collaterals",observe the curative effect of Qinggan Tiaoying Decoction in the treatment of hyperthyroidism(Liver heat and toxin impairing gall collaterals Syndrome),and make objective analysis and evaluation to its curative effect, which provide a new method or a new idea for treatment of hyperthyroidism(liver heat and toxin impairing gall collaterals)in Clinical practice.Method: In the Department of Endocrinology outpatient and treatment area of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,60 cases of patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group. The control group was given basic treatment, the treatment group was given basic treatment plus oral Chinese medicine treatment,3 months after the observation results. In the experiment, relevant indicators was recorded and statistical evaluation.Result: After 3 months of clinical observation, the treatment group and the control group in thyroid hormone levels, clinical symptoms were improved than before treatment(P<0.05),the treatment group was significantly(P<0.05)in thyroid hormone levels, clinical symptoms, and the adverse events in the two groups are not happen. The clinical total treatment efficiency of the treatment group was 90%,and the control group was 76.67%,and the curative effect of Qinggan Tiaoying Decoction in the treatment of hyperthyroidism(Liver heat and toxin impairing gall collaterals Syndrome)in Clinical practice was also determined. Conclusion: Qinggan Tiaoying Decoction in the treatment of hyperthyroidism(Liver heat and toxin impairing gall collaterals Syndrome)clinical curative effect, can significantly improve thyroid hormone levels, clinical symptoms and no obvious adverse reaction, which provide a new method or a new idea for treatment of hyperthyroidism(liver heat and toxin impairing gall collaterals)in Clinical practice.Through the study, confirmed that the toxin impairing Ying Lao theory has certain practical value in clinic, deserves further research.
