Objective:This study combinated Sanyrene, foam dressings and gel pad to prevent intraoperative pressure ulcers of the patients who accept posterior thoracolumbar spine surgery. In order to seek a simple and effective method to prevent the intraoperative pressure ulcers and to provide a thought for preventing the intraoperative pressure ulcers of the patients who accept posterior thoracolumbar surgery. Methods:A total of 110 cases of patients undergoing posterior thoracolumbar spine surgery were recruited and divided into two groups with the random number table method, namely control group and experimental group. There were 54 cases in control group and 56 cases in experimental group.Control group was given routine preventing measures(patients were prone position, facing down.We posted face, chest, anterior superior iliac and knees on gel pad of different shapes.AIways we put arms on hand support with gel pad on.We pasted form dressings on pressure sites.).Experimental group:every compressive areas were sprayed Sanyrenel-2 drops, wiped evenly with finger pulp, and pasted foam dressings after drying half an hour before positioning.,then pasted form dressings. Results:There was statistically significant difference between the experimental group and control group of the incidence of pressure ulcers(P<0.05) with the incidence of the experimental group lower than the control group. In comparison with the positions of the developed of the experimental group and control group, experimental group frontal pressure ulcers prevention is better than the control group(P<0.05). There was statistically significant difference of the prevention of stage ? pressure ulcers(P<0.05) between the experimental group and control group with the prevention of stage ? pressure ulcers of the experimental group better than the control group. However there was not statistically significant difference of the prevention of stage ? pressure ulcers between the two groups(P>0.05). There was not statistically significant difference of the pain between the two groups(P>0.05). There was not statistically significant difference of the skin hyperemia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.This combination of Sanyrene, foam dressings and gel pad can reduce the incidence of intraoperative pressure ulcers of the patients undergoing posterior thoracolumbar spine surgery. It can effectively reduce the potential risk of stage I pressure ulcers and protect patient-skin.2.This combination of Sanyrene, foam dressings and gel pad can not chang the pain after being pressing.3.This combination of Sanyrene, foam dressings and gel pad do not effect on skin congestion after compression.
