| Objective : The emphases of this paper to study and discussed joint Chaiping Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction and rabeprazole capsule met together against reflux esophagitis(RE), to investigate the Chaiping Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction mechanism of action, lay the important theoretical basis and practical basis for standardized clinical syndrome differentiation and accurate diagnosis and treatment.Methods:1. According to the standard collection 2014- 2015 December in December in Shanxi College of traditional Chinese medicine Affiliated Hospital, in Ren Shunping outpatient department and wards with patients, a total of 50 cases, these patients were after esophageal24 hours pH determination and esophageal pressure was measured after diagnosis for this disease. The patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 25 cases in each group.2. Treatment of patients in the two groups: treatment group: Chaiping Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction and rabeprazole capsule., traditional Chinese medicine one dose a day, morning and evening service points; rabeprazole capsules once a day, one capsule, oral(before breakfast), use specifications(20 x 7 grain / box, traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine taken 6 weeks. Control group: rabeprazole capsule, with the dosage, also took 6weeks. The decoction of specific drugs: Bupleurum9 g, Scutellaria baicalensis9 g, Pinellia9 g,Dangshen15g, Magnolia bark9 g, Dried tangerine9 g, Inula flowers15 g, Ded ochre20 g,Cuttlefish bone20 g, White atractylodes rhizome30 g, Fruit of Immaturus citron10 g, Fresh ginger3 g, Iicorice9 g.,(all the selected are from the formulas of Guangdong Yifang pharmaceutical LTD).Addition and subtraction with the disease to other clinical symptoms.,such as:(1) chest pain with Yuanhu, Chuanlianzi;(2) abdominal distension, dry stool with White atractylodes rhizome, Fruit of Immaturus citron;(3) loose stools, limb and trapped with bergamot, Gorgon fruit;(4) do not think of eating, poor digestion, add Gizzard pepsin,Coke hawthorn;(5) pharyngeal adverse, add Cicada slough;(6) upset, poor sleep add Polygala, semen Ziziphi Spinosae. These addition and subtraction change is very common in clinical, also very practical, curative effect is good. Also told the two groups of patients during the six weeks of treatment to quit smoking wine, no high fat, high sugar diet, and tea,coffee, carbonated drinks and other other too stimulating food. The study found that the incidence of the disease or increased with the sleep posture has a significant correlation, so the patient's best preferred position is: toward the left, upper body is higher than the lower body 15 degrees for the preferred position. Every two weeks(the second weeks, the fourth weeks) review, according to the patient at this time of the symptoms on the basis of the addition and subtraction.3. After all of the 50 cases of treatment and strict entry of data, the use of SPSS 17 software for all input data analysis, comparison, the use of the corresponding test methods to test.Results:1. Of the 50 patients in the study, the statistical analysis of sex was P > 0.05, the value was not quite different,had comparability.2. In all of the patients in the study, the age is divided into 20-30 years old, 30-45 years old, 45-65 years of age three years, one by one analysis of the statistical analysis of the P >0.05, no significant difference, had comparability.3. In a study of 50 patients, duration column for less than two years, two years to five years, more than five years three grades, and calculate the average duration(in months),respectively, the statistics of the number after statistics processing P > 0.05. Results there was no significant difference,had comparability.4. In the study of 50 patients, the two groups of symptom scores were compared, the results were P < 0.05, statistically significant differences, proved to be better than the control group in relieving the symptoms of the patients after treatment.5. In the study of 50 patients, the patients before and after the treatment of endoscopy results were compared, the results were P < 0.05, statistically significant differences in the treatment of esophageal mucosal inflammation is better than control group.6. In all patients, the control group after treatment, the total effective rate was 68%;treatment group, the total effective rate was 92%, the statistical analysis of P < 0.05. Results there were significant differences.Conclusions :In this paper, we mainly discuss the Chaiping Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction in the treatmentof RE's effect, and is safe or not can be generalized prescriptions. Also Chinese and Western medicine combined in improving the clinical symptoms, reduce or eliminate esophageal mucosal inflammation, reduce disease recurrence and many aspects has a significant effect,and through the control group analysis, this medicine is effective, safe and effective, in further clinical promotion and use. |
