| Objective:By studying and evaluating the clinical efficacy of Chaiping Decoction plus herbs combined with Rabeprazole enteric capsule for RE of the Ganwei Yure syndrome,the efficacy mechanism of chaiping decoction was further analyzed,and its safety and effectiveness were objectively evaluated to provide a reliable and effective new method for the clinical treatment of RE.Method:1.In strict accordance with the standards,this study included 76 patients in the outpatient department of spleen and stomach of affiliated hospital of shanxi university of traditional Chinese medicine and outpatient department of spleen and stomach of hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of Inner Mongolia autonomous region from November 2018 to November 2019,and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 38 patients in each group.2.Patients in the treatment group were given Chaiping Decoction plus herbs combined with Rabeprazole sodium enteric capsule orally,while patients in the control group were given rabeprazole sodium enteric capsule only.The course of treatment in both groups was 8 weeks,and other drugs were discontinued during the treatment period.Follow-up was initiated 4 weeks after the end of treatment.Before and after treatment,RDQ scale score,TCM syndrome score and endoscopy score were used for statistical analysis,and safety evaluation was conducted by blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver function,kidney function,ecg,chest fluoroscopy and other items.The RDQ scale was filled in during the follow-up period and compared with the score end of treatment.3.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to test and compare all data.Results:1.Comparison of total effective rate between the two groups: 97.06% in the treatment group,83.33% in the matched group.The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).2.Contrast of RDQ scores before and after treatment between the two groups showed consistent differences Significance(P< 0.05).3.Improvement of TCM syndromes in the two groups.The effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 65.7% in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P< 0.05).4.The differences of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were statistically significant(P< 0.05),while the differences of abdominal distension and irritability in the control group were not statistically significant(P >0.05),while other symptoms were statistically significant(P< 0.05).There was no significant difference in relieving heartburn between the two groups(P>.05),while there was no significant difference in other groups(P<0.05).5.The effective rates of endoscopic scores in the treatment group and the control group were 94.12% and 77.78%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).6.The recurrence rates of the treatment group and the control group were 8.82% and 34.29% after 4 weeks of discontinuation of medication,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).7.During the treatment observation period,no significant adverse reactions were observed in the two groups of patients,and the safety indexes of re-examination before and after treatment were within the normal range,indicating the safety of the clinical application of drugs to RE in the two groups.Conclusion:Chaiping Decoction plus herbs combined with Rabeprazole enteric capsule has a significant effect in the treatment of RE of the Ganwei Yure syndrome patients,relieve symptoms and promote healing of the inflammation,especially in the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine and has significant advantages,the recurrence rate is low,safe and effective,and has good long-term effect,it is proved that Chaiping Decoction plus herbs combined with Rabeprazole enteric capsule for RE of the Ganwei Yure syndrome has an effective effect on RE treatment.The combination of Chinese and western treatment can quickly relieve patients’ symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate,improve patient quality of life,or acid treatment at the same time,significantly improve the gastrointestinal dynamics,reduced the reflux,and treatment has not been observed during serious adverse reaction,high safety index.Therefore,it is worthy of further application and promotion.Through long-term clinical practice,professor Ren Shunping,my tutor,organically integrated the pathogenesis factors of RE patients and the dialectical thinking of disease differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment effect of Chaiping Decoction plus herbs combined with Rabeprazole enteric capsule for RE of the Ganwei Yure syndrome was significant,with fewer adverse reactions and not easy to relapse. |
