The Treatment Of Movement Disorders And Functional Constipation On Shuimuhening Decoction With Parkinson’s Disease

Objective:Randomized controlled study to evaluate Shuimuhening decoction on dyskinesia in Parkinson disease and the treatment of functional constipation, improve dyskinesia in Parkinson disease and the degree of constipation, improve the clinical efficacy of Parkinson’s disease.Methods:Randomized controlled experimental design, 60 patients with Parkinson’s disease were randomly divided into two groups, namely the treatment group of 30 patients, 30 cases in the control group. Treatment group taking Shuimuhening decoction and levodopa tablets, and the control group was treated with levodopa tablets. Treatment cycles a course of treatment, according to the Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS), Parkinson’s disease assessment of movement(MDRSPD) points compared to evaluate the degree of improvement Shuimuhening decoction on patients with Parkinson’s dyskinesia; by comparing the symptoms of constipation rating scale integration, evaluate the degree of improvement in Parkinson’s disease patients with constipation and Shuimuhening decoction, and laboratory tests(blood count, liver and kidney function)and adverse events log table safety evaluation.Results:(1)The efficacy of Shuimuhening decoction parties were included 60 patients, the treatment group of 30 patients, 30 cases in the control group.The two groups in gender, age, duration, H-Y classification, etc., the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05). The two groups were comparable.(2)After treatment UPDRS score was 10.8 ± 5.36, and 32.47 ± 13.73 before treatment rates, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); after treatment with the control group score 26.7 ± 8.82, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(3)After treatment MDRSP score 15.67 ± 5.68, and 22.84 ± 6.63 scores before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); after treatment with the control group score 20.23 ± 5.30, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(4)Treatment, the symptoms of constipation Rating Scale score 5.61 ±1.21, and 12.45 ± 3.31 scores before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); after treatment with the control group score 10.46 ± 3.89, the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)After the treatment group with Shuimuhening decoction joint levodopa tablets treatment, patients Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS), Parkinson’s disease assessment of movement(MDRSPD) lower than that at entry points, indicating Shuimuhening decoction party can effectively improve Parkinson’s disease dyskinesia.(2)After treatment by Shuimuhening decoction joint levodopa tablets,constipation symptoms rating scale integration into the group than decreased, indicating Shuimuhening decoction on PD constipation treatment.
