Purpose:Through the summary and statistical analysis of the clinical trial literature of acupuncture treatment of Parkinson’s disease, the rules of acupoint prescription for acupuncture treatment of Parkinson’s disease were dug and summarized.Through the analysis of the clinical effect of the treatment of Parkinson’s disease with the acupuncture of Zishui Hanmu method and Medoba, the clinical efficacy and safety were observed to provide objective data for its clinical promotion.Method : Electronic search of Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CKB),China Knowledge Network Database(CNKI),Vip Database(VIP)and Wanfang Database to(Parkinson’s disease or tremor syndrome or tremor paralysis)and(acupuncture or acupuncture or Chinese medicine or Chinese and Western medicine)as the subject for retrieval, the search deadline is March 1,2020.Screening according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, extraction of acupoint prescriptions of selected literature, establishment of acupoint database with Excel, and statistical analysis through SPSS26.0 software.Fifty patients who met the diagnostic criteria for liver-kidney-yin deficiency type Parkinson’s disease were divided into random numbers and divided into a treatment group and a control group of 25 patients. Both groups were given basic treatment with Medopa. The acupuncture and medicinal group was added with Zishui Hanmu acupuncture. The therapeutic effect was observed after 4 weeks.During the treatment period, the patients ’health status and acupuncture reaction were closely observed. The physicians used the UPDRS-Ⅲscale,modified Webster score scale and Parkinson’s disease liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome score scale before and after treatment to evaluate patients’ symptom improvement and treatment efficiency.SPSS26 was used for relevant data.0software for statistical data analysis, evaluation of efficacy and safety of treatment results.Results:1.A total of 1083 documents were retrieved, duplicate documents were excluded, and 106 documents were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. After splitting and standardizing the names of acupoints,102 prescriptions were obtained and 132 acupoints were used.2.After frequency analysis using Excel,a total of 43 acupuncture points appeared more than 8 times(including 8 times),a total of 799 occurrences, with a frequency of76.69%.It can be seen that the treatment of Parkinson’s disease is relatively concentrated.Among them, there are 14 acupoints with a frequency of more than 20times(including 20 times),which can be regarded as high-frequency acupoints,a total of 485 times, accounting for 46.72% of the total frequency.3.Clinically,the meridians of acupuncture treatment of Parkinson’s disease are mainly governing the veins, gallbladder meridians, and bladder meridians. For specific points,Wushu,Jiaohui and Xiahe points are selected.4.Through R-type cluster analysis,it is concluded that acupuncture treatment of Parkinson’s disease has clinical significance. There are 11 pairs of acupoints commonly used and 4 potential acupuncture prescriptions.5.Baseline comparison: Before the treatment, the baseline,gender,age,course,severity,UPDRS-Ⅲ scale score, modified Webster scale score,TCM symptom score and other baseline comparisons were not statistically significant(P> 0.05),comparable.6.Comparison of total effective rate after treatment: The total effective rate of liver and kidney Yin deficiency TCM symptom scores in the treatment group after treatment is 84%,and the total effective rate of liver and kidney Yin deficiency TCM syndrome scores in the control group after treatment is 76%.The difference is statistically significant.7.Post-treatment scale comparison: UPDRS-Ⅲ scale score was 33.08 before treatment in the treatment group, and 27.72 after treatment;Modified Webster scale score was 15.76 before treatment in the treatment group, and 10.20 after treatment;TCM symptom score before treatment in the treatment group It was 31.04,and the post-treatment score was 24.52.The difference was statistically significant after the test(P <0.05).The control group had a score of 34.68 before treatment,a score of 31.08 after treatment,a modified Webster scale score of 16.76 before treatment,a12.44 score after treatment, and a TCM symptom score of 31.36 before treatment in the control group, and score after treatment.27.44,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The comparison between the treatment group and the control group on the UPDRS-Ⅲ scale, the modified Webster scale and the TCM syndrome scale, after testing, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The most commonly used acupuncture points for acupuncture treatment of Parkinson’s disease are: Taichong,Baihui,Hegu,Fengchi,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Taixi,Quchi,Sishencong,Yanglingquan. The above acupoints are used together.2.Clinically,the meridians of acupuncture treatment of Parkinson’s disease are mainly governing the veins, gallbladder meridians, and bladder meridians. For specific points,Wushu,Jiaohui and Xiahe points are selected.3.7 pairs of acupoints with clinical significance: Tianzhu,Wangu;Ganshu,Shenshu;Fengchi,Hegu;Baihui,Taichong;Yanglingquan,Quchi;Fengfu, head dimension.4.The potential acupuncture prescriptions of clinical significance are summarized: C1 Ganshu,Shenshu,Tianzhu,Wangu,Fenglong;C2 Taixi,Yanglingquan,Quchi,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Sishencong;C3 Baihui,Taichong,Fengchi,Hegu.5.Both the treatment group and the control group have significant effects on the motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency.Overall, the treatment effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.6.The treatment group improved the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, such as dry mouth, constipation, insomnia, and other symptoms of yin deficiency, while improving the patients’ motor symptoms.
