Systematic Review On The Efficacy Of The Three Phase Syndrome Differentiation Theory Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Clinical Application Of Forearm Fracture

Objective:Through Meta analysis, the significance of the treatment of forearm fracture with the three phase syndrome differentiation based traditional Chinese medicine was discussed.Methods:An electronic search of the Chinese science and technology periodical full text database(VIP) and China journal full text database(CNKI), Wanfang database, VIP database of Chinese science and technology periodicals, Chinese biomedical database(CBM), a manual search relevant journals, collecting based on syndrome differentiation in the treatment of forearm fractures: a randomized controlled trial. Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria selection test, extraction of information and evaluation of the quality of the test, the Manager Review 5.3 software was used for Meta analysis.Results:A total of 12 rcts. TCM three dialectical of forearm fracture, shorten the healing time difference was statistically significant. We should advocate individual specific treatment according to the three phase of clinical practice in the treatment of syndrome differentiation.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine three treatment of forearm fractures can improve the clinical treatment effect, shorten the healing time of fracture.
