Clinical Study Of Metoprolol In The Treatment Of Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis And Heart Failure

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenzhi Tongxin Capsule in the treatment of atrial fibrillation with Qi deficiency and blood stasis and the influence of the heart function,and to provide a new theoretical and clinical basis for the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and improving the quality of life of patients.Methods:60 cases of patients with atrial fibrillation with Qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group and 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment of Western medicine, and The treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine Shenzhi Tongxin capsule on the basis of conventional treatment of Western Medicine.The observation period was 8 weeks.We observed the changes of clinical signs and symptoms,the frequency of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, and the changes of the index of 12 lead ECG, dynamic electrocardiogram, echocardiography, NT-pro BNP, and Hs-CRP.Results:After treatment, The rate of atrial fibrillation in the treatment group was 80%, and the control group was 70%, and the treatment group was higher than that of the control group;Symptoms associated with atrial fibrillation in the treatment group were significantly improved;The treatment group can significantly improve the patient’s heart function.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in reducing the levels of the NT-pro BNP, Hs-CRP,the inside diameter of the left atriumand and in improving the ejection fraction(P<0.05);The mean ventricular rate of 24-h Holter was significantly decreased in the two groups,but treatment group was obviously prior to control group;24-h Holterof total cardiac patients in two groups were obviously decreased.In the improvement of TCM symptoms,the total efficiency of treatment group was 90%, control group total effective rate was 73.33%, and there was significant difference between two groups.Conclusions:Shenzhi Tongxin Capsule can reduce the frequenc of Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and improve the patient’s cardiac function,and it has a exact effect for patients with atrial fibrillation and heart failure.Shenzhi Tongxin Capsule has a good effect on improving the conversion of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and the cardiac function.
