The Clinical Study On Effect Of Shenzhi Tongxin Capsule And Tingli Dazao Lung-Clearing Decoction In Treating Chronic Systolic Heart Failure (The Syndrome Of Blood Stasis Caused By Qi Deficiency And Edema Due To Yang Deficiency)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenzhi Tongxin capsule and Tingli Dazao lung-clearing decoction care chronic systolic heart failure(the type of blood stasis caused by Qi deficiency and edema due to Yang deficiency).Methods: Choosing 60 patients from department of cardiology,Shandong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, based on the radomised,controlled and repeated measurement,devided into two groups,control group with 30 cases and treatment group with 30 cases.Patients of two groups take ACEI or ARB、βrecepter blockcade, aldosterone receptor blocker eplerenone, diuretics, cardiotonic glycoside et al as a basic treatment.Patients from the treatment group combine with Shenzhi Tongxin capsule and Tingli Dazao lung-clearing decoction.Both two groups go through the 4-week-treatment to observe the therapeutic effect.Observing the difference between two groups’ patients of TCM sydrome and symptom credit, LVEF、SV,NT-proBNP、6MWT and heart function classification before and after the drug reatment.Results: The TCM sydrome and symptom credit, LVEF、NT-proBNP、6MWT and heart function classification of both two groups’ patients have improved after the 4-week drug treatment.The clinical effitiency of the treatment goup is better than the control group, the difference has statistics significance(P<0.05). The blood, liver, kidney function tests before and after the tests of two groups were no abnormalities.Conclusion: Shenzhi Tongxin capsule and Tingli Dazao lung-clearing decoction can improve the symptoms of chronic systolic heart failure(the type of blood stasis caused by Qi deficiency and edema due to Yang deficiency), improving the patients’ quality of life,and it also has satisfied safety and adherence.
