Clinical Research Of Qingre Huatan Anshen Decoction In Treating Phlegm Heat Disturbance Heart Arrhythmia

Object:To observe the clinicaleffect and safetyof Qingre Huatan Anshen Decoction in treating phlegm heat disturbance heart arrhythmia.Methods: Clinical data We selected 60 cases meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria and cases were randomized into experimental group(Qingre Huatan Anshen Decoction) and the group with 30 cases in each other.The group took metoprolol to control the rate of heart, at the same time the experimental group took Qingre Huatan Anshen Decoction on the basis of taking metoprolol. The treatment lasted 4 weeks.we need to observe the average heart rate, the number of premature, arrhythmia efficacy, the efficacy of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine symptoms, signs and liver and kidney functionof a patient before and after treatment from Holter.The results: After 4 weeks of treatment, the arrhythmia effective rate of experimental group is 86.67%, and the group is 56.67%.After statistical analysis, the experimental group is better than the control group;The total effective rate of TCM efficacy of the experimental group was 90.00%, 46.67% in the control group, and the experimental group is better than the control groupAfter statistical analysis.Before and after treatment, theblood, stool, urine, liver and kidney function of patients was normal, and in the course of treatment, larger adverse reactions don′t appear.Conclusion:This clinical study shows that The Qingre Huatan Anshen Decoction can effectively improve the patient’s symptoms and performance, improve the quality of life of patients,has good security and provide some basis for the future treatment of arrhythmia.
