Clinical Observation On The Curative Effect Of Huanglian Wendan Decoction In The Treatment Of PVB With Coronary Atheroscleroticheart Disease Due To TCM Phlegm-Heat Disturbance Heart Syndrom

Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of huanglian wendan decoction in the treatment of premature ventricular beats with phlegm,fire and heart disease with CHD.Methods: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by SPSS software,with 30 patients in each group.Both groups received routine treatment such as,aspirin enteric-coated tablets and rosuvastatin.control group on the basis of conventional treatment combined with Shongyangxin capsule,Experimental group on the basis of conventional treatment combined with coptis Wen Dan decoction,around the treatment,respectively,before and after treatment of the total of monitoring dynamic electrocardiogram of ventricular premature beat and calculate the efficient and the average heart rate,ECG ST-t change,associated lipid indexes including(TC,TG,L-DLC,HDL-C),single symptom score of TCM tongue and pulse condition and TCM symptom score,relevant safety evaluation index.indexes including(TC,TG,L-DLC,HDL-C),single symptom score of TCM tongue and pulse condition and TCM symptom score,relevant safety evaluation index.Results: 1.Effect of 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram: after treatment,the average heart rate of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the comparison between the two groups was P<0.05.The number of ventricular premature beats in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the comparison between groups was P < 0.05.By calculation,the effective rate in the treatment group was 83.3%,and in the control group was 66.7%.2.Efficacy of resting electrocardiogram: after treatment,the effective rate of electrocardiogram in the two groups was 40.0% and 47.7%,respectively,and the comparison between the two groups was P > 0.05.3.Efficacy of related blood lipid indexes: after treatment,TC,TG and LDL-c in the two groups were reduced compared with those before treatment,and P < 0.05 was compared between the two groups.HDL-c in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and the comparison between the two groups was P > 0.05.4.Score analysis of TCM symptoms: the total score of TCM symptoms in the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the comparison between the two groups was P <0.05.For the main disease score,the comparison between the two groups was P <0.05.For the symptoms such as dry mouth and bitter mouth in concurrent symptoms,the comparison between groups showed that P < 0.05.The effective rates of TCM syndrome score in the two groups were 90.0% and 73.3%,respectively.5.Safety evaluation index efficacy: no obvious abnormality was found in the safety index of the two groups during the treatment.In the experimental group,2 patients had diarrhea during treatment,and thestool routine was checked(-),which was considered to be related to the dosage of rhizoma coptidus and angelica.Therefore,the dosage of rhizoma coptidus and angelica was reduced,and the patient’s diarrhea gradually improved.Conclusion: 1.Huanglian wendan decoction can reduce the number of premature ventricular beats patients with CHD,phlegm and heat disturbance heart type,improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,reduce the average heart rate of patients,and regulate the level of blood lipid.2.Huanglian wendan decoction has a good effect during use.
