Jieyuzhixie Decoction In Treatment Of Chronic Ulcerative Colitis Remission Curative Effect Observation

Objective:Observation of Jieyuzhixie decoction on patients with Chronic Ulcerative colitis in remission (liver-depression and spleen-deficiency) effect and observation on its clinical efficacy.Methods:Collects patients met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria in 50 cases, treated with Jieyuzhixie decoction treatment. All the cases are from Heilongjiang Traditional Chinese Medicine University Hospital affiliated from 2015 March to 2016 January period of liver, spleen and stomach medicine clinic, and also meet the inclusion criteria were age 18 to 65 years old, men and women do not limit. All clinical diagnostic criteria are required to comply with ulcerative colitis Western medicine and Mayo score less than or equal to 2 points, and after TCM disease of liver depression and spleen-deficiency. Observation period of 4 weeks, the main treatments were observed before and after treatment, symptoms and signs of change, through the front and rear points, and the recent curative effect evaluation.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment, Jieyuzhixie Decoction for TCM syndrome markedly effective rate was 36.96%, the total effective rate was 97.83%. TCM syndrome can be improved, which in the treatment of diarrhea, abdominal distension, chest pain and other have exact curative effect, TCM in the treatment of ulcer colitis effect significant.Conclusion:Jieyuzhixie decoction has significant curative effect in the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome of UC. The main syndrome of diarrhea, abdominal pain and partial secondary syndrome treatment effect is better, especially for the syndrome of less intake, chest and rip pain treatment effect is remarkable.
