Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Liver Qi Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Of Ulcerative Colitis By Soothing The Liver And Strengthening The Spleen And Wet Method

ObjectivesTo observe the clinical effect of Shugan,Jianpi and dampness on the patients with chronic ulcerative colitis,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome by Shugan Jianpi dampness method.MethodsDuring the period from 2017 01 to 2018 01 months in black Longjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine,liver and spleen stomach department of the First Affiliated Hospital outpatient service and meet the inclusion criteria of patients with ulcerative colitis remission in 45 cases of stage.Daily oral Decoction of Chinese medicine Professor xiejingri Shuganjianpi dampness for treatment,which all drugs from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine unified medicine bureau,a daily agent,300ml water decoction,and the two 30 minutes before use,150ml two times a day orally,for 12 weeks for a course of treatment.Observed before and after treatment changes of symptom score,clinical efficacy and changes of TCM syndromes,and statistical analysis.ResultsThe total effective rate of the treatment of the liver qi stagnation and spleen deficiency in the remission stage was%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was%.After treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.In the event of TCM syndrome score after treatment,patients with diarrhea,abdominal pain,abdominal pain,pus and blood,pus and blood stool,eat less,Xiongxie pain,belching,Shenpi fatigue symptom scores were lower than before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions1.The wet method of soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen is effective in the treatment of the ulcerative colitis of the liver qi stagnation and spleen deficiency.Especially for diarrhea,abdominal pain,food and other aspects of the effect of outstanding.Pressure2.Soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen and moistening the spleen can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,physical signs and quality of life of liver depression and spleen deficiency type of ulcerative colitis.
