Objective:To observe the effect of autologous hamstring tendon embedded self-blood fibri n clot in arthroscopic anatomical reconstruction of knee joint anterior cruciate ligament(A CL)operation shift plant revascularization and tendon bone interface healing,of self-blood fibrin clot after arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)accelerated graft revascularization process and promote tendon bone healing and reduce bone tunnel en largement,help patients with postoperative early knee flexion and extension,the restoration of motion,prevent muscle atrophy and joint adhesion of clinical effect and significance.Methods:Collected in October 2014 to 2015 April due to anterior cruciate ligament injury i n henan Province People's hospital inpatients,through the inclusion and exclusion criteria s elected with the study subjects in 20 cases,according to the order the patients were randoml y divided into 2 groups: experimental group(group A),the application of autologous hamst ring tendon embedded self-blood fibrin clot in arthroscopic anatomical ACL reconstruction,control group(group B)using autologous hamstring tendon under arthroscopy anatomic A CL reconstruction,two groups of patients by the same surgical team to complete the operati on.After operation,two groups of patients were regularly followed up: after 6 weeks,24 w eeks,48 weeks were examined with MRI,collect two group of test subjects graft continuity,signal strength,signal to noise ratio,bone tunnel width and tendon bone junction T2 value data were collected,and the collected during the follow-up period,two group of test subject s at each time point suffering from knee,anterior drawer test,Lachman test,axial displacem ent experiments,Lysholm score of knee joint and HSS score data,using statistical software for statistical analysis.Result:1 A and B 6 weeks after operation,the patients in the two groups of outpatient check befor e the body and knee function scores and patients were compared with improved obviously.The difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting that two kinds of operation with the clinical efficacy of exact improve the function of knee joint.2 A,B two groups of patients with postoperative 6 weeks,24 weeks and 48 weeks of knee joint activities,Lachman test,axial displacement experiment in time nodes,there was no si gnificant difference(P > 0.05).There was no statistical significance,two kinds of methods t o eliminate the anterior cruciate ligament injury positive signs in the prompt with marked cl inical efficacy.3 The follow-up period after operation,the patients in the two groups each time node in gr oup A patients with bone marrow canal dissolved expanding levels were less than group B patients and a group of patients with postoperative 6 weeks shift plant signal strength,signa l to noise ratio(SNR)and T2 value was higher than that of group B,24 weeks and 48 week s shift plant signal strength,signal to noise ratio(SNR)and T2 value is lower than that of gr oup B,and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).The patients with A group w ere better than the B group in the healing of the graft revascularization and tendon bone inte rface.Conclusion:1 Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery for the treatment of anterior cruciate li gament injury has the exact improvement of the clinical efficacy of the knee joint function.2 Self-blood fibrin clot in application in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,blockin g up bone crossing,reducing the osteolysis,effectively prevent the bone tunnel enlargement brought "windshield wiper effect",the packing tendon shift the gap between plants and bon e and joint fluid is prevented from entering into the bone,effectively promote the shift plant s to blood vessel,accelerate tendon bone healing process.
