| Objective: after myocardial infarction in rats with heart failure disease progression during the function,the changing trend of the ventricular remodeling and RAAS system;Chinese traditional medicine has the cardiac effects of Supplementing Qi,warming yang and two types of drugs long-term use of different treatment time of RAAS in rats with heart failure,the different effects of cardiac function and ventricular remodeling,clear the long-term use of different treatment time of their mechanism of action,timely change,for long-term clinical application of Warming Yang,Supplementing Qi and other cardiac effects of Chinese traditional medicine reasonable treatment of chronic heart failure drug selection cycle to provide experimental evidence.Methods: a total of 3 batches of animal,each batch of selected 230-250 g male SD rats,before modeling randomly divided into sham operation group,all animal coronary artery ligation to produce myocardial infarction(sham operation group only thread ligation),and myocardial infarction after 4 weeks by echocardiography in evaluation of success were randomly divided into(1)the model group,(2)Warming Yang group,(3)Supplementing Qi group,(4)Warming Yang and Supplementing Qi group,(5)the digoxin group,(6)the captopril group,6 rats in each group,plus the sham operation group were divided into 7 groups.The echocardiography and the day after the group began to give drug intervention,daily gavage 1 times,a total of 4 weeks of drug intervention,6 weeks,8 weeks,3 observation points.Application of drug intervention,the choice of different time of drug administration rats were collected,supersonic and enchanted charts in detecting left ventricular ejection fraction;he staining to detect myocardial morphology.Radioimmunoassay was detected in plasma and myocardial renin,angiotensin,aldosterone content.Results:(1)the results of echocardiography were detected.Drug intervention for 6 weeks,8 weeks,10 weeks,each drug group(Warm Yang Group,Qi group,warming Yang Group,digoxin group,Kato Pury group)in comparation with the mould group,the left ventricular ejection fraction were increased,with statistical differences(P<0.05),In comparation with the sham operation group,the ventricular ejection fraction of each group was lower than that of the sham operation group,and there is difference between calculation(P<0.05),6 weeks and 10 weeks compared to the digoxin group,the warming Yang Qi group ejection fraction increased with statistical significance(P<0.05),Wen Yang Group,Yiqi group and captopril group had no statistical significance(P>0.05);(2)blood circulation,renin,angiotensin II,aldosterone release test resultsDrugs were 6 weeks,8 weeks,10 weeks,each drug group(Warm Yang Group,Qi group,warming Yang Group,digoxin group,Kato Pury group)compared with the sham operation group,the value was increased(P<0.05),Comparison between groups,drug intervention periods are the same,blood circulation of RAAS each index(renin,angiotensin ?,aldosterone)content,warming Yang Group,Yiqi group,Wenyang Yiqi group,model group and captopril group comparison values were lower(P<0.05),Which Wenyang Yiqi group,captopril group the value decreased more significantly,followed by the group of replenishing qi,warming Yang Group;group in comparison with the extension of treatment time,the treatment group of the RAAS system each index(renin,angiotensin ?,aldosterone)showed a downward trend,in the same group have the same index compared 6 weeks and 8 weeks,8 weeks and 10 weeks compared the numerical showed no statistical difference(P>0.05),But the 6 week and 10 weeks,the decline in the value of the difference will be statistically(P<0.05),The best effect of captopril group,circulating angiotensin ?,aldosterone,decreased there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05),Followed by the warming Yang Group,Qi group,only the circulation of angiotensin ? decreased significantly(P<0.05),But the warming Yang group decreased significantly compared with the Qi,Yang group did not show differences(P>0.05);(3)myocardial local renin,angiotensin ?,aldosterone release test resultsDrugs were 6 weeks,8 weeks,10 weeks,each drug group(Warm Yang Group,Qi group,warming Yang Group,digoxin group,Kato Pury group)compared with the sham operation group,the value was increased(P<0.05),Comparison between groups,drug intervention periods are the same,myocardial local RAAS system each index(renin,angiotensin ?,aldosterone)content,warming Yang Group,Yiqi group,Wenyang Yiqi group,model group and captopril group comparison values were lower(P<0.05),Which Wenyang Yiqi group,captopril group the value decreased more significantly,followed by the group of replenishing qi,warming Yang Group,the group in comparison with the extension of treatment time,the treatment group of the RAAS system each index(renin,angiotensin ?,aldosterone)was decreased,in the same group have the same index compared 6 weeks and 8 weeks,8 weeks and 10 weeks compared the numerical showed no statistical difference(P>0.05),But the 6 week and 10 weeks,the decline in the value of the difference will be statistically significant(P<0.05),One of Wenyang Yiqi group and captopril group,the best effect,RAAS system indexes were different,Wen Yang Group and Reinforcing Qi group of local renin,angiotensin angiotensin ? has significant difference(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in aldosterone concentration(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1,Wenyang medicine,Qi drugs,digoxin,captopril can improve heart function in rat and with the extension of time of drug intervention,digoxin group,warming yang and Invigorating Qi group showed a continuous improvement of ejection fraction,to further improve the heart function of rats;2,the circulating blood and myocardium in rats with myocardial infarction after myocardial infarction did exist the activation of renin angiotensin aldosterone(RAAS)system,and the RAAS system was activated continuously with time;3,6 weeks of drug intervention,the warming Yang Group,Yiqi group and Yiqi Wenyang group,captopril group showed inhibitory effect on the activation of the renin angiotensin aldosterone system,traditional Chinese medicine group suppression strength is successively: Wenyang Yiqi group and Yiqi group,warming Yang Group,which Wenyang Yiqi group and captopril effect and with drug intervention time extended(by oral gavage for 10 weeks),warming Yang Group,Yiqi group,Wenyang Yiqi group,captopril group showed,further inhibition of the renin angiotensin aldosterone system,inhibition is still warming Yang Reinforcing Qi group and captopril group was the strongest,followed by Reinforcing Qi group,warming Yang Group. |
