Objective:To observe the system modified Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction Treating spleen deficiency qi stagnation Brenneman syndrome efficacy, comparing before and after treatment, symptoms, mesenteric lymph node size, explore the side prescrepyion mesenteric lymph node inflammation mechanism and the role of herbs.Methods:spleen deficiency qi stagnation in line with the diagnostic criteria of Brenneman syndrome in children aged 3-14 years of age between 68 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group contains 34 cases of patients, the treatment group excluding 2 case, excluding 3 case in the control group,63 cases entered the final stage of clinical statistics, the treatment group of 32 patients in the control group 31 cases. Before treatment to meet Brenneman syndrome cases in children and symptoms of deficiency and qi stagnation abdominal lymph node B-size statistics to quantify points,2 weeks as a course of treatment, which treatment group was given Modified taking Xiangsha Liujunzi control group was given taking yuan Hu pain pills, based on the observed improvement after treatment indicators scores, statistical analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the herbs.Results:1.From clinical observations, the subtraction after taking Xiangsha Liujunzi degree of abdominal pain in children were relieved, CDFI shown significantly reduced mesenteric lymph nodes, wherein the total effective rate of 93.8%in the control group was 77.4%.2. Spleen Qi stagnation clinical symptoms eat less poor appetite, abdominal distention after eating, irritability, loose stools thin, etc. have improved or disappeared, fully confirmed the efficacy of addition and modified Xiangsha Liujunzi Spleen qi stagnation symptoms for improvement and symptom scores were better than Yuanhuzhitong Dripping Pill (P<0.05), described modified Xiangsha Liujunzi can better be used to treat children with spleen defficiency and Qi stagnation Brenneman syndrome and were in the process of clinical observation adverse reactions.Conclusion:1. Modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction treating pediatric spleen deficiency and qi stagnation Brenneman syndrome curative effect and clinical efficacy than the control group2.Modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in improving the symptoms of a significant effect of traditional Chinese medicine, worthy of promotion.
