Clinical Observation Of Huanglian Wendan Decotion In The Treatment Of Mesenteric Lymphadenitis And Endoretention Of Damp Heat In Children

Objective: Through the design of a reasonable observation and research program,the therapeutic effect of huanglian wendan decoction on pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis was studied and evaluated,so as to further explore a better clinical treatment program and diagnosis and treatment trend of the disease.Methods: Selection on January 1,2018 to January 1,2019,between the mentor of outpatient service seeing a doctor to comply with relevant diagnostic criteria of children,a total of 72 cases,randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in treatment group income,excluding 3 cases,fall off in 2 cases,35 cases in control group income,excluding4 cases,fall off in 2 cases,the final treatment group and control group complete observation of cases of 31 cases and 29 cases respectively.Patients were treated with huanglian wendan decoction and gold bifidosis for 2 weeks,and the symptom score and efficacy were evaluated at week 1 and 2 before treatment,respectively.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.10%,and that of the control group was 75.86%.After statistical analysis,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.Statistical analysis was conducted on the symptoms of abdominal pain,other complications and abdominal b-ultrasound in the two groups after treatment,and all the scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Huanglian wendan decoction is clinically effective in treating Brenneman syndrome;2.Huanglian wendan decoction in the treatment of Brenneman syndrome has an advantage over the control group in the treatment of the main symptom(abdominal pain);3.Huanglian wendan decoction in the treatment of Brenneman syndrome has an advantage over the control group in the treatment of concurrent symptoms;4.Huanglian wendan decoction in the treatment of Brenneman syndrome has an advantage over the control group in the treatment of TCM syndromes;5.Huanglian wendan decoction for the treatment of Brenneman syndrome,in terms of improving lymph node size,The curative effect was better than the control group.
