The Clinical Observation Of Liqi Huayu Zhixie Decoction Treating IBS-D (the Type Of Liver Stagnation, Spleen Deficiency And Blood Stasis)

Objectives:The study intends to compare the changes of clinlcal symptom and TCM syndromes before and after the decoction of Liqi Huayu Zhixie treating IBS-D (The type of liver stagnation,spleen deficiency and blood stasis),observe the clinlcal symptom of The decoction of Liqi Huayu Zhixie treating IBS-D (The type of liver stagnation,spleen deficiency and blood stasis)Methods:Choose met the inclusion criteria and by the exclusion of sixty patients suffering IBS-D (The type of liver stagnation,spleen deficiency and blood stasis) after standard screening.They were treated with the decoction of Liqi Huayu Zhixie.All these patients were treated for four weeks, comparing the score of TCM syndromes before and aftert treatment were detected respectively to evaluate the therapeutic effects. SPSS 19.0 statistical software will be used for processing data and drawing conclusions.Results:The total effective rate is 92.9%in the clinical effects. The difference in the score of TCM syndromes before and aftert treatment all have statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:The decoction of Liqi Huayu Zhixie can effectively improve or eliminate the clinlcal symptom of IBS-D (The type of liver stagnation,spleen deficiency and blood stasis).It is a effective prescription to treat IBS-D (The type of liver stagnation,spleen deficiency and blood stasis).
