The Clinical Research Of Shugan Jianpi LiQi Recipe In Treating Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency

Objectives: To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of shugan jianpi liqi recipe in treating IBS-D with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and to discuss its mechanism.So that we can get some ideas for the treatment of IBS-D.Methods:Choosing 60 patients who have been suffering from IBS-D with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.All of them met the TCM diagnosis criteria and were randomly divided into two groups.One group was the treatment group,with 30 patients being treated with shugan jianpi liqi recipe.And the other group was the control group,the 30 patients were given guchang zhixie pills.Both the two groups were treated for four weeks.At the same time all of them should pay attention to diet,rest and psychological health.Then to compare the curative effects before and after treatment.Results:The treatment group can effectively lighten diarrhea,abdominal pain,anxiety or depression,abdominal fullness,belching,fatigue and other symptoms.The treatment group has better curative effects and its TCM syndrome integrals are lower than the control one.Conclusions: Shugan jianpi liqi recipe can effectively cure IBS-D with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.It is a commendable therapy.
