Study On Correlation Between The Pulse Shape Of Alcoholic Liver Disease And Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis And Treatment

Objective: In this study, we studied the characteristics of the pulse shape of alcoholic liver disease and combined with clinical manifestations to guide the prescription to observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of alcoholic liver disease. To deepen the clinical significance of pulse and explore the feasibility of improving the pulse-taking level of clinical workers.Methods: This study was completed by 40 doctors who had received training. And the total cases of eligible patients was 677.The patients of treatment group taking traditional Chinese medicine after receiving the pulse-taking. The patients of control group taking hepatoprotective.After 3 months treatment,Each doctor handed in 14 cases.The total cases was 560.Compared the improvement of symptoms after the treatment and write them down.Results: After 3 months treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in the symptoms of hypochondriac pain,meteorism, bad/dry taste and listless(P<0.01). But both of the groups are essentially the same in other ways(P>0.05).Conclusion: The elements of pulse shape have some differences at the different stage of alcoholic liver disease.And also closely related to the severity of the patient’s condition.The analysis of pulse shape elements can directly reflect the patient’s progress. The detection of various pulse in the study is consistent with the classification of alcoholic liver disease. Based on the results of the study, it is feasible to treat alcoholic liver disease by pulse shape. And can achieve the desired effect.
