Clinical Observation Of Yueju Pill Combined With Wubei San In Treatment Of Qi Depression And Phlegm Obstruction Type Reflux Esophagitis

Objective: This study take Qi Yu Phlegm Obstruction Type Reflux Esophagitis clinical efficacy as the observation point, comparing the Yueju Pill combined with Wubei San and Western medicine Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets(Taimeinike) combined with Domperidone Tablets(Madinglin) in this regard syndromes in patients with symptoms to improve the situation, so as to provide an objective basis for TCM clinical research on reflux esophagitis.Methods: According to the randomized and controlled method, 60 patients met the inclusion criteria of reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into two groups, including 30 cases of experimental group, 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group were treated with Yueju Pill combined with Wubei San( 300 ml daily in the morning and evening) treatment; control group with Taimeinike(40mg, once a day, morning fasting oral), Madinglin(10mg, three times a day, half an hour before breakfast, lunch and dinner oral) treatment, the course of treatment was two months. The clinical symptom score for efficacy evaluation indicators, to observe the changes of the symptoms and related indexes of two groups before and after treatment, and the data were analyzed using statistical software SPSS19.0.Results: 2 cases of experimental group were cured, 12 cases markedly effective, effective 15 cases, invalid 1 cases, the total effective rate was 96.67%. The control group 0 cases were cured, 6 cases markedly effective, effective 19 cases, invalid 5cases, the totalefficiency of 83.33%. The efficacy of the two groups by the Wilcoxon rank test showed: P=0.01(P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the experimental group was better than control group.Conclusion :Yueju Pill combined with Wubei San treatment of Qi Yu Phlegm Obstruction Type Reflux Esophagitis is safe and effective prescription, in improving symptoms and elimination of esophageal gastric mucosal inflammation are not lower than western medicine group, and deserves further research and extension.
