Clinical Observation Of Chaishao Liujun Decoction Combined With Wubei San On The Treatment Of Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome Of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective: This study through a randomized controlled trial methods, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of reflux esophagitis clinical efficacy as the observation point, comparing the Chaishao Liujun Decoction combined with Wubei San and Western medicine Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets(Taimeinike) combined with Mosapride Citrate Dispersible Tablets(Xinluona) in this regard syndromes in patients with symptoms to improve the situation, so as to provide an objective basis for TCM clinical research on reflux esophagitis.Methods: according to the randomized and controlled method, 60 patients met the inclusion criteria of reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into two groups, including 30 cases of treatment group, 30 cases in the control group. The treatment group were treated with Chaishao Liujun Decoction combined with Wubei San( 300 ml daily in the morning and evening 30 minutes before a meal service points) treatment; control group with Taimeinike(40mg, once a day, morning fasting oral) Xinluona(5mg, three times a day, 15-30 minutes before meals oral) treatment, the course of treatment was two months. The clinical symptom score for efficacy evaluation indicators, to observe the changes of the symptoms and related indexes of two groups before and after treatment, and the data were analyzed using statistical software SPSS17.0.Results: 4 cases of treatment group were cured, 18 cases markedly effective, effective 7 cases, invalid 1 cases, the total effective rate was 96.67%. The control group 0 cases were cured, 12 cases markedly effective, effective 12 cases, invalid 6 cases, the total efficiency of 80%. The efficacy of the two groups by the Wilcoxon rank test showed: P=0.04(P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the treatment group was better than control group. Chaishao Liujun Decoction combined with Wubei San for the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of reflux esophagitis curative effect, security and stability in clinical practice, it is worth in the clinical application.Conclusion: the Chaishao Liujun Decoction combined with Wubei San for the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of reflux esophagitis has significant curative effect in the overall efficacy and improve the clinical symptoms, curative effect is better than that of control group.
