Objective:1.Using Meta to analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine of warming yang to promote diuresis treatment of chronic heart failure evaluation.2.By means of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance support system, summarizing induced medication and prescribing rules.Methods:1.Searching randomized controlled clinical trials by warming yang to promote diuresis treatment of chronic heart failure,which has been published in medical journals at home and abroad in recent 20 years,by the method of system evaluation and using RevMan5.3 software for The study of inclusion to carry out the risk assessment of bias,heterogeneity test,the multiple research results the overall effect of Meta analysis,inverted funnel plot analysis and sensitivity.2.With the help of TCM inheritance support system in the literature and clinical data,which using warming yang to promote diuresis treatment of chronic heart failure hypertension prescription for screening, the formula of the input,the formulas with the aid of statistical analysis of data analysis system mining laws.Results:1.The systematic review included 35 randomized controlled clinical trials with 3252 patients.(1) In the study, the Meta-analysis on the overall effect of the 9 research results are: the relative combined effect of OR is not equal to 1 or MD is not equal to 0,and the total P was less than 0.05,which showed that the treatment group compared with the control group has statistical significance;(2) Five research outcome results(the efficacy of cardiac function, TCM syndrome, total score of Lee’s heart failure of efficiency,6MWT,LVEF) that the improvement of the treatment group is significantly better than the control group after the treatment; Four research outcome indicators(TCM syndrome integral,BNP,LVEDD,the quality of life score) that the improvement of the treatment group is significantly lower than the control group after the treatment.2.By TCM traditional auxiliary system platform(V2.5) to analysis the data of 111 prescriptions to determine the frequency of drug,the twenty of core combinations,get six new prescriptions and revealing the drug laws.Conclusion:1.Warming yang to promote diuresis treatments for Chronic systolic heart failure disease gets satisfactor clinical efficacy and safety of chronic systolic heart failure;2.According to analysis the data of prescriptions,drugging core combination,getting the new prescription, drawing the law of medicine and providing a certain basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
