Subject:The study of the effect of different types of Chronic Heart Failure with the treatment of Warming Yang and diuretic Objective:Observe the clinical curative effects of Chronic Heart Failure patients--who were also diagnosed with the syndrome of Yang-deficiency and Fluid-dispersing treated with the method of Warming Yang and diuretic;Base on that conclusion,we will contrast the curative effect difference between the two different types of Chronic Heart Failure.Measures:Patients who were fit the diagnosis of Chronic Heart Failure and the syndrome of Yang-deficiency and Fluid-dispersing were collected in this experiment.According to the method of random number table,these patients were divided into the group of western medicine treatment and the group of combination therapy,Both groups are treated with conventional western medicine treatment,The combination therapy group received Warming Yang and Diuretic treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the basis of western medicine treatment,The course of treatment is 10 days.Then contrast the therapeutic difference between the group of western medicine treatment and the group of combination therapy by using some evaluating indicator,such as cardiac functional grading curative effect?syndrome scores of TCM?Lee scoring system and the level of BNP.Then,according to the difference of LVEF,we divided the combination therapy group into group of Systolic Heart Failure(SHF)and group of Diastolic Heart Failure(DHF).Compare the curative effect between SHF group and DHF group after treatment.The data were analyzed by Chinese version of SPSS20.0 software.Results:1?Comparison of general data: there had little statistical difference between thegroup of western medicine treatment and the group of combination therapy?the SHF group and DHF group(P>0.05).2?Both the group of western medicine treatment and the group of combination therapy can improve the cardiac functional grading? syndrome scores of TCM? Lee scoring system and the level of BNP(P<0.05).3 ? Compared with the group of western medicine treatment,the group of combination therapy can improve the cardiac functional grading? syndrome scores of TCM? Lee scoring system and the level of BNP better(P<0.05).4?After the treatment of the combination therapy,both the SHF group and DHF group can improve the cardiac functional grading? syndrome scores of TCM? Lee scoring system and the level of BNP(P<0.05).5?There had little statistical difference between the SHF group and DHF group in the cardiac functional grading?syndrome scores of TCM?Lee scoring system and the level of BNP(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of combine Warming Yang and diuretic,to some degree can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with CHF.Besides,it also has an effect on both DHF and SHF patient.And there were no significant differences between them.The study also embodies the principle of TCM treatment which is “Treating different diseases with the same method”.It is helpful to simplify the treatment of Chronic Heart Failure with TCM,and promote the application of Warming Yang and diuretic.
