The Clinical And Expreimental Study Of Qingzao Bujin Treatment On Sj(?)gren Syndrome

Objective:According to the Zaodu theory,explain the theoretical basis of the QingzaoBujin Treatment on Sj?gren Syndrome.The research systematically probes into the pathogenesis of Sj?gren Syndrome from theoretical,clinical and experimental.Methods: Clinical Study:61 cases with Sj?gren Syndrome were divided into two groups randomly:the test group(the QingzaoBujin group,QZBJ Group)(31) and the control group(the HydroxyChloroquine group,HCQ Group)(30).The test group was given QingzaoBujin Fang and treat with 16 weeks.The control group was given HydroxyChloroquine Sulfate tablts and treat with 16 weeks.The clinical effect and security of each group were observed before and after the treatment. Experimental study:We study the effect of QingzaoBujin decoction on Sj?gren Syndrome's BALB/c mouse Th cytokine balance.Results: clinical study:The QZBJ group markedly effective in 5 cases, effective in 16 cases, improvement in 6 cases, ineffective in 3 cases, the total effective rate was 90.0%. The HCQ group markedly effective in 2 cases, effective in 8 cases, improvement in 18 cases, ineffective in 7 cases, the total effective rate was 76.67%.The QingzaoBujin group.There are significant difference between the two groups after the statistical treatment(P<0.05),the QZBJ group is more effective than the HCQ group on clinical effect. In the same group,The post-treatment group compared with Per-treatment group has the significant difference(P<0.05), the post-treatment was achieve various degrees of improvement in dry mouth,dry eye,dry skin and dry faeces symptom score, erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) to immunoglobulin(IgG?Ig M?IgA), Sj?gren Syndrome Disease Activity Index,EULAR Sjogren's Syndrome Patient Reported Index.In the different group,the QZBJ post-treatment group compare to the HCQ post-group has significant differences(P<0.05). The QZBJ group has advantages than the HCQ in dry mouth,dry eye,dry skin and dry faeces symptom score, erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) to immunoglobulin(IgG?IgM?IgA),. EULAR Sjogren's Syndrome Patient Reported Index. So the two drugs were all can achieve certain effects on the treatment of Sj?gren's syndrome, but the QZBJ group is more effective than the HCQ group. Experimental study:Qingzaobujin can improve Sj?gren Syndrome's mouse the symptoms of dry mouth, saliva secretion,and reduce the content of IL-17,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10.Conclusion:Clinical study shows the way of QingzaoBujin can treat Sj?gren Syndrome, effectively alleviate the patients with dry mouth, dry eye symptoms, and treatment process is safe and effective.It is an effective method for the treatment of Sj?gren Syndrome. Experimental study shows that QingzaoBujin decoction can improve significantly the pathological state of the Sj?gren Syndrome BALB/c mouse model,and inhibit the inflammatory cytokines.Mechanism may be achieved by regulating the immune function.This provides a scientific basis for the treatment of Sj?gren Syndrome with QingzaoBujin Fa, which is helpful for guiding the clinical practice of the Sj?gren Syndrome.
