Objective:To explore the clinical medication law of Insomnia with the State of Depressed Mood,including prescription law,commonly used drugs and medication indications to provide ideas and methods for the treatment of Insomnia with the State of Depressed Mood.Methods:This topic collected the prescriptions of treating Insomnia with the State of Depressed Mood in the data of prescriptions,and summarized the clinical experience and common prescriptions of treating Insomnia with the State of Depressed Mood.Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System software excavated the regularity of prescriptions using in Insomnia with the State of Depressed Mood.Data analyzing from the software named Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System were presented with two-dimensional network line chart, one-dimensional frequency data sheet diagram, data mining objects showed the distribution of the data set in the literature from different angles, showing different meaning.Conclusion:Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System software analysis the prescriptions of Insomnia with the State of Depressed Mood in two clinic visits, by processing the frequency of the drug association rules and clustering analysis of the complex system entropy,analysis the prescription law,commonly used drugs,medication indications. Digging out the results of the one-dimensional frequency and two-dimensional network diagram clearly visualize, from different angles showing mining objects in the literature data, centralized distribution, making abstract prescriptions more objective clarity,but also for the future of clinical medicine participate in research work to provide meaningful value.We extended the treatment plans basing on the experience of famous doctors.It could provide a systematic method for the treatment of Insomnia with the State of Depressed Mood.It also could provide the basis for the further clinical application of the treatment plans of famous doctors.
