Based On The Inheritance Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Auxiliary System To Research The Drug Laws Of Menstruation Late Of Ancient Literature

Objective:This study is designed to organize, summarize, classify the prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine related to menstruation late of ancient literature,in order to explore the basic theory of menstruation late and clinical medication regularly.Including prescription rule, commonly used drugs, medicine and medical indications,and carries on the statistical analysis to the medicine, the effect,expect to provide better ideas and methods of the treatment of menstruation late and infertility caused by.Methods:A systematic review of ancient literature of Traditional Chinese Medicine,teasing out the formula of Chinese medicine related to menstruation late, and selecting effective prescription drugs,creating a database of prescriptions of menstruation late.A preliminary analysis of the ancient physicians treat menstruation late clinical experience and common syndromes.With the aid of "inheritance of Traditional Chinese Medicine auxiliary system",the rules of using the software integration analysis,improved mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering method,and unsupervised entropy clustering hierarchy data mining methods,the certificate for the formulas of the late menstrual rule and rule of compatibility of medicines for correlation analysis on the whole.Results:Through the inheritance of Traditional Chinese Medicineauxiliary system to analysis the proprietary frequency, association rules and the complex system entropy clustering for drug treatment of menstruation late,comprehensive results can obtain the formula law, commonly used drugs, medicine and medical indications.Through the analysis of 298 prescriptions,the results show that,refer to the total of 215 kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicine,tonic drugs,dissipating blood stasis drugs,qi-regulating medicinal,interior-warming medicinal,diuretics for eliminating dampness,antitussive and antiasthmatic drugs,antipyretics are the most commonly used drug treatment of menstruation late class.Four gas analysis of drugs find that,the most frequently used herbs are warm drugs;five tastes analysis of drugs find that,the most common kinds of herbal medicine are sweetish,pungent taste,acrimony;meridian tropism frequency from high to low order are the liver meridian,spleen channel,heart channel,kidney channel and lung channel.According to the relevance analysis of commonly used drugs and Herb pairs,using the method of mutual information,extract the medicine and correlation coefficient,formed 34 commonly used medicine pairs,24 core portfolio and further evolved 12 new prescriptions,provide guidance for clinical treatment.Conclusions:This research through the establishment of menstruation late clinical database,use the traditional auxiliary system for inputting prescriptions,from various angles to analysis,build specification syndromes agent system,and has a guiding significance for clinical work,and worth to be popularized.
