The Treatment Experience Of Professor Zhou Cuiying In Ankylosing Spondylitis Based On Data Mining

Objective:To analyze the treatment experience of Professor Zhou Cuiying in ankylosing spondylitis and to inherit the experience and idea of famous doctors of Chinese medicine.Method:The study was based upon collecting and sorting out the medical cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients of Professor Zhou Cuiying in the famous doctor of Chinese medicine in Shandong hospital of TCM,and then inputting the information into the TCM inheritance support system software. By the data mining function, the common used herbs,the key herbs and the new developed prescription were developed.Results:1.After analysing the 125 prescriptions by the frequency analysis method, The frequency of symptoms before 10: lumbosacral pain,early morning stiffness, limited lumbar and sacral activity, backaches, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, dizziness, rainy days increase, tinnitus, joint pain with cold, sting. TCM Syndrome Types:deficiency of liver and kidney during, damp-heat and stagnant blooda are common. The commonly used herbs:radix angelicae tuhuo, liquorice, rhizoma cibotii,semen coicis,chuan xiong, angelica, safflower, artemisia anomala, caulis lonicerae, centipede, astragalus, teasel root, semen brassicae, lycopodium clavatum.Four gas analysis of drugs: warm is the most widely used. Gomi analysis of drugs: sweet,bit and pungent drugs are common. Meridian analysis of drugs: liver, kidney and spleen are common.2.The 16 taste key herbs was discovered by the association rules that radix angelicae tuhuo, liquorice, rhizoma cibotii,semen coicis,chuan xiong, angelica, safflower, artemisia anomala, caulis lonicerae, centipede, astragalus, teasel root, semen brassicae, lycopodium clavatum.3.The ten core conclusions, and the five new prescriptions were founded by the complex system entropy cluster analysis. The five new prescriptions are shown as follows: hive,notopterygium root, polygonum cuspidatum, teasel root, caulis lonicerae, artemisia anomala, drynaria rhizome, lycopodium clavatum, semen brassicae; radices paeoniae alba, the root of kudzu vine, paeony, polyporus, vaccaria segetalis, safflower; radix rehmanniae, pseudo-ginseng, fangji, peach kernel, prepared radix glycyrrhizae; cortex, rhizoma atractylodis, cortex erythrinae, angelica, astragalus, chuanxiong, safflower; antle, salvianolic, semen zizyphi spinosae, caulis polygoni multiflori, polygonum multiflorum.Conclusion:By the data mining function, the chief herbs and the treatment principle used by Prof. Zhou in ankylosing spondylitis treatment. The main use of drugs: antirheumatic,tonic, and blood circulation drugs; Treatment methods: tonification and purgation in combination.
