| Object: Through the clinical application of our hospital professor Zhang Dongyue’s experience of jianpihuashi prescription(Chang Jianping)to treatment ulcerative colitis of spleen deficiency wefness type,And compared to Mesalazine Enteric-coated Tablets with the commonly used western medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis,Comparative effects of different Chinese and Western medicine treatment,To sum up the advantages of clinical treatment in the treatment of invigorating spleen and dampness,To provide reference for the clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis and further experiments.Methods: Selected treatment time in April 2015 to October 2015 period,at the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine anorectal treatment center for treatment of 60 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis,Selected cases met the inclusion criteria,TCM syndrome type of spleen deficiency wefness type,voluntary participation in this study were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was given the experience of Professor Zhang Dongyue,Professor of old traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital,and the prescription of invigorating spleen and dampness(Chang Jianping),Specific Recipe ingredients: Coix seed 30 g,Codonopsis 20 g,Atractylodes coke 20 g,Yun Ling 15 g,white beans 30 g,tangerine peel 12 g,Lindera 10 g,Amomum 15 g,Chinese yam 30 g,bellflower 12 g,lotus seed 30 g,licorice 6g;First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese herbal medicine in the hospital room with the top and Jian Hao,Unified package,each paying decoction filtered liquid 400 ml,sub-packaging bags,each bag of 200 ml,sooner or later each meal,warm clothes 1 bag;The control group received commonly used in clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis-amino-salicylates,mesalamine enteric-coated tablets(trade name: Di Hui Chemical name: 5-amino salicylic acid,5-ASA)(Prod UCtion Company: Jiamusi sunflower pharmaceutical deer spirit of pharmaceuticals),Oral,each 0.5g / time,3 times a day.Each with 15 days for a treatment cycle,a total of four treatment cycles,after the end of the 1 month follow-up,follow-up a total of four times,observe and record the entire course of the experiment,the efficacy,adverse reactions between the two groups and the like.Results: After the end of the experiment,two groups of data obtained by SPSS19.0 statistical software analysis,the results show,The two groups have different degrees of improvement in terms of comprehensive efficacy,the performance of colonoscopy m UCosa,pathological effect,improvement in clinical symptoms and relapse rate,but the specific comparison,the two groups have different degrees of difference.The total effective rate in the comprehensive aspects,the two groups were 93.10% for the treatment group,65.52% in the control group compared to the control group,the comprehensive treatment group better(P <0.05);In colonoscopy m UCosal manifestations,pathological aspects of the efficacy of the treatment group than the control group(P <0.05);Comparisons of clinical symptoms,the treatment group better able to improve patient with diarrhea,abdominal pain,bloating,m UCus,tenesmus,diet,physical fatigue,lazy words Shenpi other symptoms(P <0.05),but in the blood and pus,chest improve threat tingling and other aspects of the two groups no significant difference(P> 0.05),Recurrence rate of treatment group 4-month follow-up period was 6.90%,the control group was 34.48% compared recurrence rates between the two groups was significantly(P <0.05).Conclusion: Jianpihuashi experience and salad for enteric coated tablets of spleen deficiency wefness type ulcerative colitis has certain curative effect..But comparing the two treatment efficacy Jianpihuashitang overall experience better side,lower recurrence rate,is worthy of further research and exploration. |
