The Clinical Research Of The Treatment That Jianpi Yiqi Granules Treats Children Anorexia(Spleen Stomach Qi Deciency)

Objective:The purpose of this subject is to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Yiqi granules of acute children anorexia(Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach Qi),and to supplement and perfect the part of theoretical basis that Jianpi Yiqi granules treats children anorexia(Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach Qi).Besides,to provide effective treatment method for the treatment of acute children anorexia with traditional Chinese medicine and to further optimize the treatment plan.Methods:1.Choose the diagnostic criteria of infantile anorexia(spleen deficiency type)in children with 72 cases as the research object,36 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(spleen yiqi granules)and control group 36 cases(infantile spleen particles),treatment period for 20 days.2.Record was used in children with clinical symptoms,signs,trace elements zinc,urinary amylase,and to rate,comparing two group total effective rate after treatment and the symptoms and signs before and after the treatment,trace elements zinc,urine amylase to improve the situation.Results:1.Before and after treatment in two way: the treatment group before and after the treatment of primary symptom integral time disease compared to the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05);The control group before and after treatment the primary symptom Times disease,compared to the total integral difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).2.After comparison between the two way: after treatment compared two groups of appetite to eat,have statistical significance(P<0.05);In the two groups after treatment compared all syndrome integral,in addition to salivate No difference between the tongue coating,the others all had statistical significance(P<0.05).3.The end of the course of the treatment group total effectiveness 93.9%,control group total effectiveness 84.4%,treatment group is better than that of control group,compared two groups was statistically significant difference(P<0.05)Conclusion:Jianpi yiqi granules and pediatric helped treatment of infantile anorexia spleen granules(spleen deficiency type)are effective,but the Jianpi yiqi granules curative effect more pronounced.The Jianpi yiqi granules could significantly increase appetite,food intake,improve the symptoms of infantile anorexia,no adverse reaction,cost is low,worth clinical promotion.
